Don was upfront with me that if everything sounded good he could start same day. As planned a week later Don was at my door first thing in the morning ready to go. Don was very consultative in his approach and asked a lot of great questions to make a somewhat complicated install as clean and seamless as possible! Everything was installed super clean, he even added a wall plate for my coax and ethernet to come through in my office so I didnt have to look at the ugly cable coming out of the floor (Thanks Comcast...).
