I contacted Jarbcom myself through fb marketplace While desperately searching for security cameras for my home . I was very impressed with their larger business work and how clean it was . Originally I quoted $1500 or something insane via email . After I further explained my budget and price, the owner haggled me a bit more ( should have left then ) and asked to come look at my house free of charge . I was super happy with that and he scheduled something quickly and arrived on time . During that meeting I was taught about cameras and why it would be too much work for my budget ($800) to hardwire cameras through walls . He suggested I buy my Own wireless WiFi Arlo cameras and he would install 2 of them . He told me they had to have an IT guy come out and set up some special modem which would cost me $300 on top Of their $300 install fee . Mind you, I had to buy the cameras online myself for $199. My lack of research and the owners description of a difficult install made me say yes . He asked for half of the payment up front to secure my install date . Fast forward to install day , two guys arrive and plug in the modem that came WITH the cameras I bought ( there is no special $300 modem ) he set up an app on my phone , nailed the magnet outside and they are gone in less than 20 minutes. After, I was perplexed . Of course , THEN I read up online and see the Arlo install is literately for dummies ( push a sync button and hang one nail ,boom ) . I was furious because I felt like I was mislead to believe I needed equipment that I didn't have . All in all they did install cameras for me and instead of saying "hey you can buy these and nail Then up pretty easily " I was lied to about IT work and modems that he would need to purchase to do my job . After this experience I installed arlo Cameras by myself at my mothers home and 2 of my girlfriends for free bc I was so mad about the experience . This company may be great at actual hardwire installs but I would be incredibly Weary of their pricing and deliberate attempts to swindle you . read more

Punctual, and professional. The techs showed up within the time frame they originally quoted and were very courteous and professional. They clearly knew what they were doing and asked questions to try and make the job meet my requirements as best as possible. My only real issue was with the style of swivel mount that was installed. I had requested a mount that could swivel both side to side and up and down easily. The install was for a home gym where we'd be working out on the floor, as well as on a treadmill, so the variable angle was important. Unfortunately, although the mount is capable of vertical tilt, it requires hardware adjustment to change it, rather than just being easily adjustable. All in all, I would recommend this company and its installers for TV mounting. read more

I'd say 5 stars for the service and 3 stars for the price. The quality was great absolutely no complaints. The guys put their booties in when they came in the house, they had all their tools and we very polite. The finished product was clean. The price was $275 to hang a 70" and hide the wires, and $175 to and a 46" with hidden wires. I talked them down $25 and they ran the wires for the sound bar too which was nice. It was $425 total which for two men two hours was a bit high but maybe that's the going rate. I called on Friday before Christmas and they came out the next day Saturday morning. Hired this company to mount a TV and sound bar on the wall. The TV mount was fine but after a couple weeks just happened to look at the sound bar and the screws on the bracket were sticking out about 1-1 1/2 inches and was very loose. So I took everything apart and came to find out they used 4 acres that were not even in the package of the sound bar. Before they left I did notice the sound bar was slanted down a bit but thought maybe that was normal. They recommended I use a digital optical instead of HDMI ARC and has sub problems I went and spoke with Best Buy and they told me to use HDMI ARC and the woofer worked like it should. I think this company is more for home security install would not use for TV or audio. read more

AMAZING!! We did a decent amount of research and decided to use Jarbcom to mount our TVs. The initial interaction with Jesse was extremely professional, he answered all of our questions and made the best recommendations for our house. The price was very reasonable. Once on site, they did a remarkable job, our living room and basement TVs look phenomenal. Nate and Jesse were extremely professional and respectful of our home. Nate placed the TV exactly where we wanted it, no wires showing, he cleaned after himself and was very pleasant.
