I wasn't sure how to complete the setup and when I called Ray answered and was so patient at walking me through step-by-step in order to make sure everything was set up properly and working well. He was so kind and patient even though I was getting frustrated because I I'm not tech-savvy, but he stayed calm and walked me through every step and I was able to successfully get the camera working. George and Todd installed audio equipment for my 90 year father. My father is still independent and lives by himself. We were promised a camera system that would alert us when someone pulled in the driveway. After two months of the system not working as promised, they added another camera that would correct things. Even after the added camera things were not working as promised. On the fourth attempt, they sent out their "best technician" who promptly told us the system wouldn't work as promised and offered to remove the equipment. The salesperson who made the promises didn't return phone calls. The office staff didn't return phone calls. Time after time promises were made and not kept. Go some else these people don't know what they are doing. read more

I recently bought a home that had a security system that was being serviced by Mark Electronics. The previous homeowners were happy with Mark, so we decided to continue with their service. They have been great! Did not have to wait long for initial appointment, the tech they sent was very knowledgeable and friendly. He ran into 2 different problems and didn't want to leave until they were fixed properly. Went over directions patiently. A few weeks later after a short torrential downpour, my sump pump alarmed. Central station called within 20 seconds, maybe sooner. I have never had an alarm company in the past respond so quickly to an alarm! Central station gave me a contact number to get help with the sump if I would have needed it. I pay $10 less per month than what I paid in Colorado, and it includes alarm cell service !
