Most of the time it's easily remedied, often without the need for a service call. We're glad to see that Emily is actively involved in the business, and that she's taking ASP forward into the future (this website is a good example of this). With the impeding loss of 3G service we have ordered an LTE wireless communicator, and I intend to self-install it (as I have experience as a former Ameritech tech), but I know that ASP will be available to assist me if necessary. I explained to them the code that was showing up and they did nothing to explain what it meant. They said well you can fix it or we can have someone out to fix it. It took me ordering multiple batteries to figure out that wasn't even the issue and had the person taken the time to explain to me what the code meant. I would've realized that much sooner. I don't know anything about alarm system. That's why I'm calling you. I already pay for services. At least you could do is explain something. That's probably simple to you but not so obvious to me, while we're already on the phone.
