    PURCHASED 6/13/25 - 1 out of 5 (WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER SEEN!!!)…read more I purchased a Samsung 50 inch TV. The TV had some audio issues, so I brought it back to the store to exchange it. After some back and forth, they finally exchanged it for the same model, which was acceptable. I took that TV home and when I took it out of the box, the screen was cracked. I brought it back up to the store the next day and they would not exchange it for another TV or process a refund. The Manager ZACH said because the TV was "physically damaged", they wouldn't do anything. He was very smug and unsimpathetic. I have never had a situation where I purchased a defective item less then 24 hours ago and the store would not take it back. Buyer Beware, I am out $350.. UPDATE - 6/18/25 - 5 out of 5 (GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!) I reached out to Best Buy Customer Service via Twitter on 6/14/25, and was messaging with a person named Ezra. I provided all of the information and they were going to look into it and get back to me. I heard back today and they said to go back up to the store and they would exchange the TV for another one. I met with the Manager BRYCE and he was great, a lot better then the previous Manager I dealt with. I opened the TV at the store, to make sure it was not damaged. When I asked the door greeter how the system worked, she explained that checkout employees are supposed to rotate between the regular line and online pickup. That rotation was not happening during my visit. From where I stood, customers in the regular checkout line were consistently prioritized while the online pickup line was not acknowledged. The experience left me feeling overlooked and concerned about fairness in how customers are assisted. Clearer coordination and consistent rotation between lines would make a big difference. Until that process is more consistently managed, I'll likely take my business elsewhere.

    She-beaux forgets her phone charger, so we find this joint…read more I caught this guy's attention and asked him how I could NOT spend $40 or so on iPhone charger nonsense, and he walks me around to three different locations in the store with multiple options, and we end up payin' $16 for exactly what we needed. Then my man chats me up about the Tigers, bein' from Detroit, and the wedding we're running late to. On the way out, we're commenting on how rad and authentic the guy was, and his face is starin' at us on a poster-- he was the GM of the joint (area, maybe?) and was totally rad. If he leads by example, then this is the illest Best Buy out there. At the very least, he def treated us right, and we really, really appreciated it.

    117 Days and Still No Refund on a Simple Order Cancellation - This Is Beyond Unacceptable…read more On November 28, 2025, I canceled an order for an item I never received. Best Buy had repeatedly delayed the shipment, so I never took possession of the product. There was no physical return whatsoever -- it was a straightforward order cancellation. I had paid $1,059.99 in cash. All Best Buy had to do was cancel the order and issue my refund. Instead, they applied a completely undisclosed policy (not posted anywhere in the store and never mentioned by any associate at the time of purchase or cancellation) that forces cash purchases over $800 to be refunded by check only. That check has never arrived. I have now made more than 20 calls to customer service with zero resolution. I personally spoke with Store Manager Jeff Orjada inside the Roseville store on March 11, 2026. I followed up by email on March 18, March 24, and again today, March 25, 2026, demanding an overnight replacement check with signature required upon delivery. I have received zero responses to any of my emails. 117 days later, my money is still being withheld with zero updates, zero plan of action, and zero urgency. Best Buy Corporate and executive management: this is your store, your policy, and your customer. I have been more than reasonable. I have demanded the refund be overnighted and delivered by Friday, March 27, 2026 at 12:00 PM. If I do not have the check in hand by that exact deadline, I will file a police report with the Roseville Police Department for the fraudulent withholding of my funds and immediately escalate this matter directly to Best Buy executive leadership. This experience is beyond frustrating -- it feels like deliberate delay of a legitimate refund on an order that was never fulfilled. I will never shop at Best Buy again and I strongly advise every customer to think twice before making any large cash purchase here. Hoping someone at the corporate level finally sees this and resolves it before it goes any further. Enough is enough.

The…read morehighlight of the interaction with Coming Attractions was Sabrina who politely and professionally coordinated our appointment. However, Not experienced. Not informed. Not professional. Not qualified. Not satisfied. Raymond the service man was polite. However informed me that they provide zero parts. Said the existing sheet metal venting would not work, even though it has for 31 years. Therefore, I got involved and demonstrated how to do it. He got it close but screwed it together a little off alignment. Next. Attached the gas line. I requested that we test it. It leaked! Raymond said the flex hose was faulty. I went to our local hardware plumbing specialist who explained that the yellow flex tube last forever. However, recommended purchasing a nipple that is required for the pipe on the back of the dryer attachment. Raymond did not know anything about this. His partner sat it their van with the engine running and A/C on the entire time. They left without saying a word when I was gone for 10 minutes. Therefore, had to complete the installation myself.

My salesperson at ABC communicated what I purchased and even sent the owner the installation video for the TV cart I purchased elsewhere for the TV and soundbar to be installed in. Here's what went wrong: 1) I received 2 text messages the day of delivery with two different delivery timeframes. 2) The person who called to confirm my delivery said they knew nothing about a soundbar. 3) There was no communication in advance about the forms of payment they accept. 4) They were supposed to haul away my old TV but said they didn't know anything about that and did not take it.. 5) The installers were not informed of why type of TV and soundbar were to be installed and did not have experience installing either. They also did not receive the video my salesman sent the owner. As a result it took almost 2 hours. Bottomline, this was not the level of service expected given the price tag of the items purchased. My salesman at ABC apologized profusely for the underwhelming experience.
