My brand new MacBook crashed and died and Apple couldn't do anything to retrieve my documents or fix the problem in a timely manner. They have nickel and dimed him throughout the entire process. After an initial quote of $20k he's had up-charges for even the most basic functions that were functional on his previous site. Every issue can be fixed, just give us more $money$... but it's never fixed. Now that he is $40k in the hole, the website continues to malfunction, doesn't work on the weekends (and neither does trademark!) and has lost him tens of thousands of dollars in sales, frustrated his customers and soiled his reputation. The trademark team continues to turnover employees and give empty canned answers. The most recent answer was to provide a form for his costumers to list all of the issues they're having! If you are a small business owner you work hard, around the clock, to build your business. These people DO NOT care. My husband has endured so much painstaking stress, lack of sleep and loss of business as they rake his finances and reputation through the coals. They are not capable of building a commerce website. They will lie to get your business but in reality they do not guarantee that anything will work... and it won't! If it crashes on a weekend (and it will, frequently!)- you are out of luck. I am a small business owner and I was having a lot of difficulties accessing all the functionality of my account. Danielle at Trademark was a huge help with regards to figuring out what the underlying problem was and how to resolve the issue. Apparently, Facebook had ear-marked by account and turned it into a "grey account". This status is for pages they believe may be possibly fake -- although my page was legitimate.
