Their turnaround is sometimes as quick as a day at the least to a 2-3 days. They provide us with good quality vinyl for our products. They also have reasonable prices on their heat press as well. We have one of their heat presses, the Fusion IQ, which allows for interchangeable plattens. The fusion IQ Makes it easy to change from sleeves, hats, t-shirts, etc. The heat press is easy to use and easy due to the leverage and is more effortless for long days of production. It's more precise for pressure and temperature as well. There's an Air Fusion IQ that's almost double the amount but it requires a compressor, not included and would require adding lines in the store. They are good about customer service here as well.

The material cuts great, weeds easy and presses well. It looks like ink when it's done and is great for spot color work on apparel. When I was setting up my account, an offer for a $5 sample pack popped up but glitched when my login timed out. I really wanted to see some of the samples in that pack so I messaged them through their website and they sent me the samples for FREE. Great service! The selection of products they offer is somewhat daunting, but I plan to work my way through as demand dictates and if what I've ordered so far is in any way indicative, I'm expecting to be impressed. I just wish that they offered will-call pickup since there's a location nearby. If decorating clothes, bags, pillows and stuff is something you do or want to do, you should really give them a look.

In one of the last emails he said "You will get your shirt-understand that" 3 months after placing the order and over than two months of being told he's sending the next day I have yet to receive the shirt I paid for and he has stopped replying to emails. I see now he has changed the name of the business three times. Do NOT do business with this company!!!
