I was stoked to see a self-service counter for Amazon returns, but I think people are stealing shit out of it. My items have gone missing both times I used it. Both small electronic things. Amazon was cool and refunded me for the first one right away. The second thing is still in review. I think someone pocketed the $70 hard drive that I dropped into the return slot. I should've pushed it down inside the pile of stuff that was already there. Dammit. Also - those receipts UPS gives when you leave a return are not even valid tracking numbers! I'm all in favor of never having to deal with a human, but they need a proper postal drop box for the Amazon stuff. The way it is, people can just reach into that hole and snatch whatever looks good. Dammit. Again. read more

They "lost" my package which contained thousands of dollars worth of items. I dropped off a package to be delivered . Paid them in cash. Watched them put a label on my package. Then, according to UPS, not a single employee ever scanned my package. It's as if it vanished off the face of the earth after I gave it to them. They only gave me $100 for the inconvenience. Total nightmare. Edit: As you can tell by their response to my review, they didn't even read/understand my comments. I already filed a claim and got paid $100. "You should always feel confident and secure with sending your packages through the UPS store" ???? On one of my many phone calls with this incompetent business they told me that when the drivers come to pick up packages from their store, they don't always scan the ones they are picking up. How is that ok? People come and take packages from your store, after that you have no idea which driver took it or where they took the package? Either it was stolen or the label fell off the package, but maybe they should put more than one single label on a package that's worth thousands of dollars? read more

I can not stand Gerald. I believe that's his name. I frequent this location bc it's close to my house. I order a lot from Amazon and I return a lot. He is rude until someone comes around and then he'll say have a nice day or greet me. He doesn't want to do his job. When I have several QR code's he huffs and puffs. Dude, dude isn't this your job? How can you be angry that I'm helping to keep your place of employment in business??? I feel disrespected regularly by this guy. It's unacceptable! read more

The UPS Store - The evil disrespectful man Gerald is his name I believe! - Shipping Centers Near Me - St Clair Shores, Michigan

The Represenative at this location was very helpful in getting my Amazon order processed and returned. She was very courteous and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend this location. I don't recall her name but through our conversation she mentioned she was from Poland read more

Horrible store! I needed to print one page and normally at UPS they let me email it to them but not this store. They asked that I login to their computer and print but it's $3.00 minimum. Gmail wanted to verify their device but never got the auth code sent to my phone. I told them I couldn't print and could please just email it to them. Nope, sorry! So I paid $3 for nothing and ended up going to another UPS for 25 cents. Knowing that they ripped me off you'd think they'd just make things right and print the page. Nope!!!! read more

Terrible service!! most questions are not answered or resolved!! go to another branch!!

Horrible Horrible. Never informed me of just general stuff. First time was my last time ever. They lost the package took forever to get only a portion of my money back. They never told me only 100 insurance. Thanks for losing my keys. UPs ( the real people) said keys should never be in a paper envelope. Oh did I mention they said they aren't really ups. We are Just really a copy store Please for the second time I was never told only insured for 100.00. Telling everyone if you want real customer service and Real UpS don't go there read more

They refused to ship a gun scope - telling me that it was a "gun part" - they also told me that this was not a UPS corporate directive, but a franchise owner decision. Never again will I do business with this liberal branch - it's basically as good as binoculars. If you value your rights - id steer clear. read more

The new owners are unreliable. Take your business to fedex! I would rather support a business that has high values. They claim to be a small business ran by members of the community when thats simply not true. They treat their employees very poorly and their customers as well. Will NOT be returning. I choose to support REAL small businesses. read more

I have been to this UPS store multiple times to send packages to Amazon. The service is excellent. Even when there is a line the wait is short if at all. The staff are friendly and professional. What more could you want? read more

I visit this store frequently for my Amazon returns. Their customer service has always been polite and helpful. Unfortunately, this time was very different. The clerk named Missy had a really bad attitude. As I talked to her in a respectful matter her attitude got worst and she kept cutting me off me giving me the same answer "well I work here and deal with Amazon returns daily so you'll just have to wait". I was trying to explain to her that my amzon return for some items hadn't been processed with Amazon so I was just trying to figure out why when I dropped off everything at the same time. She was very rude and not helpful! I guess I'll have to find another UPS store or just don't do business with her. I feel if you're in a customer service position you should treat people like you would want to be treated. Today I didn get that. read more

Worst store ever!! Went there to get a printout. I was told after 20 minutes of them trying that there was something wrong with my email. Older woman with blond hair told me she should charge me minute rate for use of the computer(I never used the computer). She said she would cut me a deal and charge me $3 for nothing. Are you kidding me?? I refused and went to fed ex. They were extremely nice and surprisingly enough were able to give me the printout in 2 minutes. Cost $.069!!! I also witnessed her attempt to overcharge a man by measuring a box larger than it was. An employee of hers corrected the obvious "oversight"!! read more

Only came here once but the woman behind the counter desk was fast, courteous and you could tell she wanted to be there. Update: 12/30/17 Came here several times during the holidays and I was in and out in less than 10-20 mins each time. Keep up the great work guys! read more

If i can give them no stars i would. The interviews they conduct at the saint clair shores location are most unprofessional ever. I have had a more professional conducted interview at a car wash. If you are a veteran to this country don't even waste your time with this place. Veterans hired first yeah right just another company using this to try to gain people and traffic. I hope this place faces a money loss and they put something else in the area to make it affordable for people to ship. If i was the owner of this place i would look into the way the General Manager runs this feminist location, i would also like to say that the management day supervisor talks about other employees in interviews she is a real classless act. read more

Would much rather drive out to the Detroit customer service center! The so called manager in the morning is absolutely rude. Don't even bother going on here. Over priced on everything! read more

Has anyone else used this store to return AT&T equipment? They gave me receipts with NO tracking numbers and lost or stole the equipment. This is a battle going on since October, 2018. Please be careful where you leave you equipment because YOU will have to pay for the missing boxes. read more

Went there to return cable boxes and the guy was so rude! Only been there twice and will not go back. Can't understand why he was so rude because we were the only two people in there, wasn't like he was busy! If you don't like people Then find another job!!! read more

The box I sent was not the box I received. The box obviously broke. Instead of taking everything broken or not and put it into a bigger box, they decided what was important or not and repacked what was left into a new box, not the one I sent. Then they have absolutely no documentation as to what happened and the lady at the UPS store seemed to think it was funny. Fuckers! No one does their job anymore and no one takes accountability. read more
