I just wanted a quote because the post office bowled me over with what they were going to do me in with when it came to their oversize Parcel Post package surcharge (just under $70 total w/ delivery confirmation and $100 insurance vs. $15 for the standard P.Post package/weight charge). UPS charges would have run about $60. I put sending the mirror out on hold, but did not realize I didn't have to waste my time packing that irregular sucker myself (and what a PIA it was). Per the nice UPS Store guy, If you buy the packing box/materials from, and ship with, them, they will pack it for you. I'd always thought the actual packing was an extra charge and avoided going that far before. Good to know! Oh, and per my BF, the UPS shipping place in Pontiac has a real cranky older woman who hassles him everytime he ships out an Ebay package. I advised him, as I would advise you, to make the trip to this store in Waterford to minimize any and all aggravations.

Handed them the club and had them pack it, estimated the charges at home to be $20.70. Had to leave for my flight so little time to argue about their charges of $163.00. Thought it was a mistake and called back the store and was told "things are expensive these days". After delivery I contacted both UPS and the store. The manager said because their packing was 1/4 inch wider and 1/2 inch longer the charge went to $163.00. What a rip off as I shipped all my clubs to FLorida door to door with Shipsticks for $74.00. Bigger package and 47 pounds. So lesson, be cautious using this store to pack your shipment and Never use them for golf clubs, Shipsticks is the way to go.

Do not waste your money or your time…read more We hired Print Boys to install window decals for our medical practice and the experience was nothing short of a masterclass in incompetence. They came out to measure our windows themselves -- their job, not ours -- and still managed to misprint materials that didn't fit. Rather than communicate this before installation, they installed over a weekend with zero notice, put up incomplete decals missing an entire middle panel, and left our before-and-after display looking like an embarrassing mess. When we finally called to get answers (because they certainly weren't going to reach out), they had the audacity to blame us for having windows of different widths -- windows they measured themselves. I then had to pull time out of my own schedule to resize and resubmit designs to correct their mistake, and they still tried to charge us for the reprints. Let that sink in: they misprint, they ghost you, they botch the installation, and then they send you a bill. And if that weren't enough -- when one of our female employees followed up, they addressed her dismissively as "woman" and doubled down rather than showing an ounce of professionalism or accountability. That kind of behavior has no place in any professional exchange, full stop. This business operates with the accountability of a middle school group project. Bigoted, incompetent, and completely uninterested in making things right. We deeply regret ever giving them our business and would strongly urge anyone -- especially other medical or professional practices -- to look elsewhere.
