We use this location all the time to return items and we've always had great experiences!

I mainly use this UPS store fir Amazon returns and sometimes to fax documents etc. I find the staff to be very friendly, helpful and accommodating. The amount of returns I have from Amazon letting any crack in the corner in China with a sign out for business send us all this inferior merchandise. I'm going to stop using Amazon. But I will still use UPS store. read more

The staff at this UPS location are just outstanding. Each time I come in, they are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Service is quick. Just before Christmas, there was a bit of a line, and staff came from behind the counter with mobile devices to help clear out the wait quickly. It's always a pleasure to do business here. read more

I've had a PO box there for a few years and they're always friendly when I pop in to check my mail. I've used them for notarizing documents and shipping packages. They're always 100% helpful and make it simple and painless. They don't have a lot of turnover in staff because I see the same guys all the time - they're all friendly and it's almost a pleasure grabbing my mail! read more

Went here again this week and was helped by another very nice, young guy who assisted w/ carrying a very large DIY package containing a mirror. I just wanted a quote because the post office bowled me over with what they were going to do me in with when it came to their oversize Parcel Post package surcharge (just under $70 total w/ delivery confirmation and $100 insurance vs. $15 for the standard P.Post package/weight charge). UPS charges would have run about $60. I put sending the mirror out on hold, but did not realize I didn't have to waste my time packing that irregular sucker myself (and what a PIA it was). Per the nice UPS Store guy, If you buy the packing box/materials from, and ship with, them, they will pack it for you. I'd always thought the actual packing was an extra charge and avoided going that far before. Good to know! Oh, and per my BF, the UPS shipping place in Pontiac has a real cranky older woman who hassles him everytime he ships out an Ebay package. I advised him, as I would advise you, to make the trip to this store in Waterford to minimize any and all aggravations. read more

I was in a very big rush to get something out. When I got in the workers were great and offered to tape up my package. They also had the packaging supplies I needed to purchase. I was in and out in about two minutes. read more

Where do I even start. Well I went to ups for a document to get notarized. The gentleman behind the counter whom I believe to be a manager was on his phone while another gentleman helped another customer, so I waited. Soon after I asked for help and the man on his phone let out a large gasp as he seemed annoyed. Then asked what I wanted. Explained my situation although it felt as if he didn't care at all for my needs at the time. I politely asked to be helped by someone else! He then became very rude telling me they didn't need my business & I was welcome to leave and go somewhere else. This man was around 5'8 to 6ft maybe. Dark hair. I believe dark eyes as well. Very sarcastic individual and rude! I will never return to this place of business ever again. He should be fired! read more

The manager I think about 5'8-6ft was very rude. I just needed help sending a package over night & he made me feel like the stupidest person in the world not to mention while waiting to be helped he was bragging to a co worker about how he was planning to hurt someone. I was having a larger item (68 lbs) shipped. I temporarily parked my vehicle in front of the store to unload. Not even 5 seconds after we began removing the heavy item from my car, one of the UPS employees came out and asked if he could help us with this. What a kind and unexpected gesture. I appreciate the friendly/positive customer service he provided to us. Thank you again to the gentleman that helped out. Super grateful and will certainly be paying it forward. read more

Whenever I have something to ship I always ship it through this UPS store. There are two regular guys who are very friendly and helpful. Any time I have needed help or had any questions they have gone above and beyond to help me. I've shipped here many, many times and will continue to do so! I highly recommend going here for any shipping or packaging needs they are WAY nicer and cheaper than shipping through the post office. read more
