He was rude, derogatory and snide, every time I asked a question about the machine and/or if and how it stored information. There's sensitive material in my scan and it was a last resort to use a third party office store, as I tried to do so at home on my own device and was unable to. I do not recommend asking for help from this man, unless you do not mind being berated as a customer. David Perry's customer service skills need some fine tuning.

They were friendly and the turnaround was extremely fast. With great excitement, we picked up the work and took it home, preparing to hang it. Before we were able to get it on the wall, we discovered an error in one of the three pieces. This error was ours...entirely our mistake. But when we contacted Capital Imaging about reprinting that piece with the error fixed, they gave us a great break on the reprint, even though the reprint was to fix our error. Amazing! The piece looks great on our nursery wall. I absolutely recommend Capital Imaging for all your printing needs, great or small.
