    The woman who works there is Very helpful and considerate. Never a line. A pleasure to bypass Monroe PO to go there.

I frequented this location at least once monthly over the last 2 years , sometimes more. I recently went there for help printing paystubs from an email....afterwards they were sent off using their fax machine. (I paid close to 30 bucks for this service) After explaining what I needed to do, I was instructed to forward them the email .... they printed it out and faxed it for me. Afterwards, I was unhappy with the quality of the copies ...showing the owner some words were cut off. I was told this was the best they could provide me. I Specifically requested they print them on one page (instead of two) so the words weren't cut off at the bottom. The store was busy and the owner refused to redo or help me. My application was denied, due to the words being cut off from the bottom of the page. I was instructed to resend the original documents again. After purchasing ink for my home printer ... I easily printed the documents without any problem. I went back to this UPS and requested they fax again. I explained to the owner what happened ... requesting they don't charge me again for the fax. I was charged anyway $10 for the faxes. I let the owner know. I was very unhappy to be charged again. She was beyond rude to me. She was more concerned with being right. I informed her I will never use their store again. She said she did not care! There's no way to make this right ,so don't bother replying. You lost a good customer over $10 I'm warning other customers about using this store for help with services like this very greedy & unreasonable people own this location. Not the way to do business! Not in this country. They need a big lesson in customer service and customer satisfaction.... One by one you will go out of business when you treat your customers like this. There's too many other places to give my hard owned money away. Good luck with that !

    literally, the dumbest idea ever. pay 800$ to put your boxes in one large box that you have to pay…read more$230 dollars for them to bring upto your apartment (how am I supposed to transport a box that is 5 feet by 4 feet by 5 feet??) and throw away. Wasting money. Total sham. I was told 2 weeks, and I wont be getting my stuff until almost 3 weeks. I actually cannot believe I paid these people a dime. Highly unrecommended, unless you like lighting money on fire.

They went above and beyond. I JUST unpacked my crate with the paintings that prompted me to use them over a regular mover in the first place and I can't overstate how much care went into packing them. They went the extra mile. Even the guy who delivered the pallets to me in Seattle said he could tell true professionals prepared my shipment. I wish someone had written a review on Yelp! before I found them, it would have put my mind at ease but I really had nothing to worry about. They were quick. I found out I had to move across country 2 days before Thanksgiving! The guy who first took my call was polite and followed up several times to help make sure I could start moving ASAP after the holiday. Then the guys who picked up my stuff were true professionals. Watching them pack my stuff for transport to the warehouse was a thing of beauty. And they were just nice guys on top of it all. Then the guys dealing with my paperwork and the timing of my delivery were equally as nice. I had to store my stuff for a fuzzy amount of time because of problems nailing down a move-in date in Seattle. It was not a problem, even though it was the holiday. My move in date got moved up so they had to trigger my move a week or two early, and they timed it perfectly to the day! I could not move in until a Saturday, they had my stuff in Seattle by the first Monday after I was allowed in my apartment!! (They did this perfect timing miracle starting my shipment the Friday before Christmas and seeing it go across country during the New Years holiday!! They kept me in the loop. They were clear about the storage charges and even gave me a courtesy call before charging my card, even though I knew it was coming. If I ever move back east, I want these guys to take care of my move. Thank you!!!!! Thank you!!!!! Thank you!!!!!

    If I could rate less than 1 star I would…read more I would absolutely not recommend FedEx to anyone, no matter how urgently you need something delivered and if a product you're ordering will be shipped via FedEx, I advise you to re-think the purchase. My "signature-required" package was estimated to be delivered today between 11:45 AM - 1:45 PM. So, I sat around waiting to sign for the package. After waiting until 2:40 PM, I received a notice that the estimated delivery time changed to 2:50 PM. At 2:55 PM, as I sat by my front door waiting to sign for my package, I received a notice that a delivery attempt was made and no one was home. The driver not only failed to READ the numerical townhome unit number, but then proceeded to take an illegible photo of the wrong unit number that he tried to deliver to. So, not only did I waste my ENTIRE day waiting to sign for a package, I walked around my ENTIRE neighborhood looking for the address where he placed the attempted delivery slip. To make matters worse, it took me almost 2 hours and countless calls to get a REAL PERSON on the phone for FedEx. It's ALL AROUND POOR SERVICE at every juncture in the process! I am highly disappointed and will use UPS every chance I get and I advise everyone to consider the same.
