    4/25/22 I have had HUNDREDS(!!) of misdelivered packages to neighbors, adjacent streets, had packages ripped open and busted the driver on my Ring carrying the package opened and looked right at my camera (GOTCHYA!), had my stuff smashed in the box outside my door--- ALL FROM THIS DAYTON NJ HUB. --- I have called, emailed, texted, complained via phone and email and nothing ever gets fixed; just promises and no resolution! --- I AHVE ASKED FOR THE REGIONAL MANAGER OR SOMEONE HIGH-UP ON MY CALLS AND GET PEOPLE WHO NEVER FIT THE BILL. --- I have a tone of pictures, I even have videos but Yelp won't allow the video unfortunately. --- I filed a bunch of complaints today with the BBB, Attorney General's Office and Consumer Affairs. --- I don't know how any company could have hundreds of complaints and do nothing to fix it! --- April 25, 2022! It's here. I have opened the floodgates with my documentation in hopes for these issues to disappear.

    Marked Delivered 12/3/23, but it never arrived is ridiculous service, since 12/12/23, it still never arrived!!! Unacceptable!!!

When I finally went to move my things from their unit to a different one, my boxes were just tossed in what looked like a junk heap with ZERO care and I found out I was being ridiculously overcharged for literally a square spot in a garage. As my family and I were moving my items from their unit warehouse to our own truck we rented because the owner was going to charge us too much money for his employees to do it, EVERY BOX or piece we moved had broken, missing or damaged sections/items. the owner watched us as we took each box literally blaming us because we "touched it". the owner of this company is FOUL and nothing I owned was packed with care. I'm now finally unpacking, and I have THOUSANDS of dollars of damaged and missing items. I will one hundred percent be reporting them to the BBB and I hope they get stripped of all of their awards. THIS IS ADDED AFTER THE COMMENT FROM THE OWNER- MASSIMO- you are an absolute jerk I still have threatening and disgusting text messages from you after I called to say things were damaged. LITERALLY AT THE FACILITY YOU SAW ME TAKE ONE BOX AT A TIME and saw my face as I heard broken contents and you did NOTHING. I did not pack my boxes on moving day your team did and they did it TERRIBLY I even bought them lunch and tipped. Your team threw things in boxes and unloaded into a literal heap of a mess in your garage. And then you charge $300-500 a month for nothing. PUBLIC PLEASE DO NOT BE FOOLED BY A GREEDY MAN WHO TREATS CUSTOMERS WITH DISRESPECT. I hope the public does understand your company is a disgrace and I will send ANYONE who asks to see pictures and the bill and messages what I have. Massimo you are the biggest liar ever. My father dropped nothing. And you took no pictures you stood there like an A just silently watching and laughing. Please stop fooling yourself. Please don't print lies they last forever. I've moved often enough to have experienced the good and the bad of movers. These guys are GREAT! Careful, accurate estimates, extremely careful attention to handling, not just wrapping furniture in moving blankets to avoid damage but METICULOUS wrapping, careful handling... every aspect of the move was absolutely top-drawer with thoughtful, professional attention to detail. The guys on the truck were all experienced, knowledgable longtime employees, not the day laborers who didn't know anything about how to do a professional move that other companies have employed. The fact that someone would choose to work with Daniel & Sons for 10 or 20 years says volumes itself. If this company can provide moving services to you, DON'T EVEN CONSIDER USING ANYONE ELSE!

After the move was completed I noticed that a few pieces to my furniture was missing, again I contacted the owner who said he'll get to the bottom of things. After several attempts to follow up, the owner never responded. Now I have and incomplete set that must be replace. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY if you value your belongings. They're run like a mom and pop shop.

    I will add more to this review later. Moises moved some…read morestandard stuff (dishes, furniture of multiple types, misc. from ny to Indiana. A about 3 foot x 2 foot x 1 foot (approx) ceramic and metal sculpture was included in the move as they had appropriately and successfully moved the piece before with NY. As appropriate, the contract included foam encasement of the rather delicate sculpture that only has a few attachment sites to the metal frame (a bike) and multiple ceramic figures with arms, legs, hands, and a sun for a head. Moises packers used about 6-10 loosely folded pieces of paper (newsprint sized - daily NY post not NY times sized paper) around the sculpture, and another 2 ish pieces sort of crumpled around the top (see photo of just opened box w top and top packaging visible.) deliverers took same photo, I assume, since they snapped shots at the same time. In addition, the "box" was folded around the top of the sculpture, which (originally) had sun rays poking through DURING SHIPMENT. As is visible in a photo, some of the sun rays broke off (big surprise), and the rest suffered obvious damage and chipping. Of the 3 ceramic pieces originally attached to the bike frame, two broke off completely and suffered major damage. All figures lost some body parts, most lost fingers and parts of / damage to feet. Notice severe breakage in photo of the broken off figures in photo. Other items also came out damaged, just less valuable and more like cracks, stress fractures, and broken shelving / separators in , for example, a large lucite unit (2ftx3ishftx4ft). Also packing was clearly more intended to create chargeable packing volume than protection. Dishes that were already in smaller manageable boxes were repacked into a huge (now super heavy) box putting the dishes together (still have to check breakage at bottom of huge triple box) with about a foot of mostly open space at top (chargeable space!!!) and a few barely folded (literally 2 or 3) pieces of newsprint on top to "protect" against vertical movement during transport. And an echo dot was the ONLY item contained in a regular 1ft x 1ft x 2ft box - with a little folded paper again for company. And boxes going to 3 locations were supposed to be dropped off at ups, where ups repackaged (at our cost) and shipped (at our cost. Because from ups they went to 3 separate locations, but all went together from starting point to ups, we were charged $500 base charge for each final location - even though moishe's only took a single trip to ups to drop off the about 8 pre-marked for location boxes. DO NOT TRUST MOISHE's - AND THEY WONT EVEN REVERSE SHIPPING CHARGES AFTER ALL THE DAMAGE, INAPPROPRIATE PACKING TO OVERCHARGE SPACE, OVER CHARGE TO UPS... THEY ARE NEITHER RELIABLE NOR RESPONSIVE TO CONCERNS.
