I walk in with a box in hand he talking with someone else he doesn't even acknowledge me. and he finely says can I help you I tell him have a return for amazon, and then he ask me again how can i help you I then say again I have a return for amazon, and open my phone and he says I don't print labels, what its says I don't need a label, he then says again I don't print labels so your a FedEx, ups store and don't own a printer, he says yes, I walked out and called him useless he was shocked I called him that and said what did you say? so I repeated your useless and walked out the store, i guess because I'm not of the Indian decent he doesn't what to help me. read more

Worst shipping business I've ever used. Deserves zero stars. Nasty customer service! Charged me $1 to print a free shipping FedEx label.

Very rude. I wanted to drop off a prepaid UPS package and needed a receipt. He proceeded to tell me to leave the package on top of the whole bunch of other packages and take a picture of the label and that he wasn't gonna print me any receipt right now, but I waited, there was one customer that he was helping, and they proceeded to talk about where they plan to vacation and left me just standing there. Then he tells me again just to take a pic of the label Very rudely, mind you they are still just BullSh..ting around. I guess I wasn't the right color. I should have known when he answered the phone 'hello' during business hours. The rudest clerk, a fed ex authorized location that doesn't own a scanner for QR codes- I show up with 3 huge boxes to return and he's 'sorry about that (no, he's not). It's not as if I didn't bring my own hand truck and boyfriend to do the lifting. He's a waste of space and fed ex should not let him call himself an authorized location because he doesn't operate as such. read more

Dropped off a prepaid FedEx shipment. Asked for a receipt since it was valuable. The guy goes on a rant about how I should keep the tracking number and do my homework because he gets nothing out of it so why should he bother to help. Accepting packages is part of his requirement to be a FedEx ship center. Ups stores scan and give a receipt... I had shipping supplies I needed and was going to buy there. If I could give this facility a zero star review I would. The owner Vinny is the rudest individual one can ever come across. This is the third time I was in this store to ship something back to UPS and was advised by Vinny the owner, that he couldn't do it. This time i went to return a Dyson hairdryer and was given a transaction number by Dyson to provide to UPS. Vinny told me no, he isn't taking this transaction as he doesn't package items and wouldn't process my return. Not only would he not process my return, he started yelling and belittling me and my mother in law and cursed and told me to get the F... out of his store. The reality to this is that this facility is in a predominantly elderly area with 55 and over communities and for him to treat people like this is an understatement. UPS and FedEx should have their names removed from this facility as this man needs his business to be closed up as he doesn't know how to deal with the public. He even told me he was calling the police on me and my mother in law if we didn't leave his store and I told him go ahead as we would gladly wait for the police to arrive. He is the rudest and laziest individual to own a store front...stay away bring your business elsewhere. read more
