The worst USPS office! We do have many parcel lockers in our community, but they always place our shipments in front of the door! 2 weeks ago our shipment lost! We went there a week ago and talked to the manager to solve the problem ( we did not ask for any refund for our lost shipment), she took all our info and was supposed to call us back in 24 hours but nobody called us! Is it really the common approach of the USPS for their customers' issues???!!!! read more

Multiple issues here. They seem to decide when they want to offer services. I checked to confirm they were doing passport photos and when I got there they changed their answer and said they don't offer passport services during the holidays. BS to me. Customer service is non existent. They lack empathy and refuse to answer basic questions when they're in the wrong. They also find it really difficult to ship mail to deployed service people and forget tracking it once they send it - if they send it at all. read more

This place is a fucking joke!! Who runs the show here? Busy phone lines all day?? You've got to have more than 1 line, right? Or do you just take all the phones off the receivers so no one has to answer them? I'm calling because I got a "mailbox full, unable to deliver" notification from Amazon. Hold on, why in the hell would you try to deliver a 44 pound package into an apartment mailbox?? I was told to "look for a notice for next steps". There's nothing even there!! DO NOT COME HERE! Brought a 2 LB box with a label, showed the lady, and the lady refused to let me tape the box w her tape. Supposedly it's the rules; however very interestingly, my husband has brought many packages here and he have taped for him. Regardless, the horrible lady charged me for a new roll of tape, watched me tape the box, ran the transaction, and THEN told me that she could NOT take my box. I told her that it would have been right for her to tell me this before she charged me for the tape but she couldn't have cared less and said it was my fault for not showing her. Worst customer service ever. They say you can call this location for a passport application appointment, but I called multiple times, different days, different hours - no one has ever picked up. The mailbox is also full. This was supposedly the closest and most convenient location for us, but we were forced to make an appointment at the Newport office. At that location, someone picked up the moment I called and we were able to make an appointment immediately. It seems like the universe rounded up all lazy people and threw them into this Irvine location. read more

You're probably familiar with the term "going postal." Well, from my experience at this location, I would never suspect anyone who works here would ever go postal. This is like the Nordstroms of post offices. The service is great! Really! I'm not joking! The clerks are very friendly and always smiling. They really seem happy and willing to help. The only downside is that they close at 4:30 PM. I only have minutes after work left to pick up my packages, which is the result of my Amazon.com buying obsession. Heehee... read more

Worst post office I have ever been to. The manager Al Heredia is the biggest A hole. Extremely unprofessional. Avoid this post office unless you want to be treated like crap. Oh and definitely be careful where you park. People do not look when backing up their car and will either run you over or hit your car. read more

This post office is ok for the daily errands, but try to get help from someone other than the ladies at the counter and good luck. I had to deal with the manager in three or four occasions and he needs some serious customer service help. Does not listen to whatever you are trying to explain and his response to questions is "I'm sorry, there is nothing I can do" then walk away. I've never had to go to the post office until recently and as a post office noob it may seem confusing at first, but my first visit here I asked the multiple workers around and they told me briefly what to do and I was still confused. I asked them lots of questions and they answered so I like that. My second visit it went down smoother than butter. Once you get the hang of things and you know what to do its a smooth visit. Convenient with lots of staff. FAST! Clean! Great overall experience. read more

I heart this post office. It's not as convenient to my house as the Sand Canyon location yet this is the one that they sent me to when I have to pick up large packages. Everytime I go here I am in and out in less than 10 minutes. The staff is friendly and the place is CLEAN. read more

This is my favorite post office. There is always a long line but it is worth it to come here in Irvine over some others. The people are usually friendly and helpful. There is plenty of parking even when it is busy. Line moves pretty fast. This is the only post office I will go to! read more

I came in 10 minutes before closing and there were only a few people in front of me. The line went by very fast, once I made it to the front of the line; there was a huge line of people behind me. The associate was very nice and struggled to find the address that I was sending to but she was very patient and persistent. Rude and not helpful supervisor had to use them again to pickup a certified mail. They lost my package before.

This post office has extremely rude people working here. I recently went in to inquire about a letter that I had mistakenly signed for a few days ago, but was not addressed to me. At the post office, I stated that the person there had mistakenly given me the letter, and they shouldn't have done that. They started by saying the policy was that family members could pick up, but I replied that they didn't know who I was, and it could be a breach of privacy for the actual recipient. The manager said that all of the employees there were well trained, and he became extremely defensive. He started verbally abusing me, saying things like I must have opened it and not wanted the package so I'm now trying to return it, then chose to ignore me, stating if I didn't sit down he would call the police. It was inappropriate and I was extremely insulted by his behavior. I have seen employees at this post office arguing with customers before, but I never knew what was going on. Now, I understand that when this post office's employees have done something wrong, and are not willing to fix it, they will always ask their supervisor to come out and use harassment and abusive use of power to make customers leave. read more

I buy things on ebay and come to China. Things have been lost through the post office. The supervisor her name Silvia at this post office. Supervisor does not listen to the consumer completely but speaks alone. I am not angry at how good it is. Still,. I am sorry to read other people's poor experiences but I had a very good customer service experience. I had 2 gift wrapped boxes that I wanted to fit in a single flat rate box but none were the right size on the floor. An employee whose name I neglected to catch was more than happy to help me. She went in the back and within a few minutes came out with a box that fit perfectly. It was busy in part to the passports people were there to get but the line went fast for me to pay and I was out the door. read more

I dunno what the complaint is about with this post office. There were 5 workers at around 2 PM on a Thursday. The post office was busy and there was a line of 3 people ahead of me. I only needed stamps and a USPS worker assisted me. She was working in the station to the right of the line. She did ask the people in front of me if they needed to only drop off mail but they were there to pick up items. There was no preferential treatment that I could see. The staff at this post office is amazing!!! All about customer service we were waiting for my sons birthday package but I missed the delivery. I went to the post office at 410pm, they close at 430pm. They tracked down the carrier and did everything in their power to get me the package in hand by the time they closed. read more

Self-service mailing station is always open to ship packages after hours. Staff are efficient and helpful.

She was investigating my package and keep asking why it's so heavy if there's only 3 tops in their like seriously, I have 3 jackets cramped in a box what do u expect and who allowed you to start investigation.
