20 minutes for the post office to answer the caller window at 12:30 pm. Horrible customer service and not to mention that the tow ladies at the front desk are simply rude and do not care if you have been waiting or not. Avoid this location as much as possible! read more

This is absolutely the worst part of my day everytime I have to come here, which is quite often. The women are inconsiderate, rude.. they talk down on you or more AT you.. they're completely unquestionably stupid. Goodness. Rude is just the perfect word.. and it takes forever read more

I got the great chance of getting Mary as my cashier. She was so sweet! I had about 28 boxes to send during Christmas and she did her best at getting them done in a timely manner but also making sure that I felt welcomed and cared for. Best customer service I have ever had! She has been there for about 38 years I believe and she is awesome! Loved her! I am very thankful for her! read more

My mother and I recently bought a property but the last owner lost the mailbox key so we went in to request a new lock and key. We were told to fill out a form and wait in line. We were charged $35 and given a receipt along with the bottom portion of the form we filled out. I asked when we would receive the new key and the clerk said that the job wouldn't take long because "we have a guy that works very fast on this". So we were told to come back in about a week. It has now been more than a week so my mother went in to pick up the key, she was told that she couldn't pick it up because she was supposed to have called. We were never told that. Now I'm currently on the phone with the 1-800 number. I have tried the number online for this location but it says the number is no longer in service! How is this place running?! read more

Could and would the employees who work in the back get reevaluated??! They obviously have a hard time distinguishing zip codes in the areas of Houston. How did my package end up at a post office waaaay over there other than the one that is right beside me on Unity Drive? How the heck did they get hired!? Kudos to the cashiers in the front! Lovely customer service.. read more

Typical USPS location. Garbage. I tired to drop off a package with a prepaid label, but the self service drop off was locked, with no other way to drop off the package. read more

This post office is a worst case scenario, have you ever tried to go online and file complain about post office employee? I did!!! No way...half of webpage is disabled! and that's why they feel protected!!! Very protected! Nobody can fire them!! My mail to Russia was processed wrong by Sicarria, employee of Unity dr Post office, she applied wrong stamp and i got it returned, i went there 2time and told her: " Please make sure this time mail is going to Russia,bc it was returned to me and i put the envelope on the scale. She looked at it and have seen mistake in address, she said " Do you want to know why? I said "NO", please make sure this mail goes to Russia this time ( bc i know why, the first time she placed the wrong stamp)..She took a letter and trew to me with words:" Then have somebody else to help you".. how about that.. employee on payroll refused to do what she is paying to do.. process mail..her supervisor K. Hoyle defended her when i reported accident!! and the manager of this facility Charles Hearne simply DO NOT CARE!!! He is unreachable!! read more

Customer service is definitely NOT a concern of this place! I just stood in line for close to 10 minutes holding my pick up slip, finally get to the counter only to be told that I have to go to the side window. There was one person working at the counter, then a guy at the "customer service" window not looking busy at all. An example of customer service might be telling me to go to the side window BEFORE I got to the main counter! Thank you for wasting my time! read more

Br far some of the worst customer service ever. My packages always get delivered with ups,FedEx,DHL, but always issues with USPS. They make no attempt to deliver to your doorstep. I guess it is much easier to leave "sorry we missed you" card in mailbox than walk a few extra steps And when you go to this office to pick up package, forget about it. You wait forever for someone to help you and they act as if they are doing you a favor. Do your job the right way or find a new one. read more

I was expecting a certified package last week. Delivery notice was left in my mailbox. No tracking number available! Heh ... funny ... they always put that but not this time. Okay, got online and requested for redelivery the following day which was a Saturday. Saturday was here, no delivery. Okay, Monday was here, no delivery. I needed the package by Wednesday. So since I waited for 2 business days, it only made so much sense to drive to the post office to see what the heck was going on right? I honestly hated to do so because I didn't want to take my 3 year old boy with me as he loved to run around. Stressful. Anyway, got to the post office ... went straight to the "Quick Window". Rang the bell. Waited about 5 minutes for someone to answer. That QW staff took my delivery notice and told me to wait for her to find my certified package. Waited for another 20 minutes. For some stupid odd reasons, there was no a/c. I was sweating and felt very annoyed through the waiting period. 20 minute wait was over! The staff finally got back with me and said that she couldn't find my certified package!!!! Wow!!! I asked what the heck happened to it then. She then told me that she didn't know what happened ... any online redelivery request took couple of days to process. LOL okay how the heck would I know that? I picked 11/26 for redelivery but there was no disclaimer saying that even though you picked 11/26, it didn't mean redelivery would happen that day. Very ridiculous!!! I immediately yelled at her by saying that she should have known better as she worked for the post office but NOT ME. She said I should calm down and not to yell at her. Okay, she worked there and she didn't know what she was doing. I had all the rights to yell at this idiot. Why would I drive all the way to the post office for nothing???? Gosh. She was a moron. I had to watch my son and it was very stressful which was why I wanted it to be redelivered. Okay? Nothing wrong with that. She fought back and said oh I had four kids to look after. LOL. So???? Her point was invalid. No wonder she works at the post office. LOL. My point was that they failed to redeliver my certified package and it was so troublesome. If I knew they would have redelivered it that day, hey, I wouldn't have gone there. No phone call, no follow up email for that! I am not a psychic or mindreader. Gosh these people didn't have a brain working there. Another thing that I need to bring up is that they never picked up the phone! Heh ... trust me ... I called them so many times during business hours. I got an impression that they pretended that they didn't hear anything. Or they must be too busy napping or playing on the internet. Whatever they are doing ... who knows. So what I learned from this experience was ... even you had them redeliver anything, please don't think that you would see your package at your door on the date you selected!!!! Also, don't be afraid to call them names to express your feelings!!! I would curse them out next time if this happens again. They are retarded whatsoever!!!! Lazy fat ugly pigs good for nothing. read more

When I thought my previous USPS was the worst I MADE A MISTAKE!!! This is by far THE WORST USPS. Lost my packages; delivered my mails and packages to neighbors; left a note saying that I had to pick it up at the office because my address was "invalid". If my address was invalid how did u leave me the notice???? Went to pick my package up and the "quick service door" was full of people waiting with nobody came out to help. Tried to ask the ladies at the front some questions all I got was attitudes. These people are the slowest and the laziest at the workforce. I wish I could just never have to deal with them by nobody giving them business. read more

After continuous efforts and trying to find my package, I'll still say very frustrating to say the least, but being asked to give them a chance to make it right, they totally did. Got the package later than needed but Mr.Coleman went above and beyond thank you very much Mr.Coleman read more

Three stars. 5 for my postman and zero for his home post office. Average them out and round to a 3. PO has impossible lines and when they have only one clerk working and she wanders off for 10 minutes the line gets worse. The manager might walk out, see the line, adjust his belt, not chip in, and disappear. You want the government to manage your health care as well? Yikes! Individual performances matter like my postman... He is great and shows he cares about his route. read more

Agree that this is the WORST USPS station and would give a zero. My mail is consistently delivered to the wrong address, they have lost certified mail, NOT left notices but claim to have on packages and they never pick up the phone (if they do I am left on hold indefinitely). I also don't get mail service every M-Sat. It's really unreliable. I have called Consumer Affairs 713-226-3442 and things get a little better. The Rich Hill managers call me back but it only rings twice and then they never pick up when I call back. read more

As long as you don't need any special help, it is all okay with this post office. On the other hand, if you require any special services (e.g., mail hold or help locating lost mail), forget about expecting any service. Most times the phone isn't even answered. If so, they take a message for the person in charge, and NOBODY calls back. They have forgotten that they are there to serve us. We are currently trying to determine what happened to a month's worth of mail that was held during our vacation in March 2016. Since we haven't heard from anybody about returned mail and the post office says it is not at the Rich Hill location, we can only assume that they threw it away. Disturbing . . . read more

Going to the post office is typically not something that we look forward to doing. But this location is better than the others in my area. The employees are respectful and helpful - especially one clerk, Denise. If I need assistance, she always goes above and beyond to help me. read more

The employees here are always very helpful. I visit this post office frequently due to eBay and they are very courteous and friendly. Sometimes they need more help but as busy they are they are very nice. read more

if this post office is your local post office, I advice you to never use them or try as much as possible to avoid using them. Go to another post office. I had a very URGENT package sent to me and for some reason the USPS carrier lost it. I never received this package. So I go to the post office hoping it may be there and "the supervisor" told me to call the carrier in the morning to verify where my package is located. Then what is she there for as the supervisor?? Mind you I had called this office several times with no one picking up and have been to this post office twice. They kept giving me the run around. How does a post office lose your package and everyone including the supervisor know nothing about it. The employees act like they don't want to work there and really don't care about your mail. Very inefficient!! I have never had this problem with UPS or FEDEX. I believe my package has been withheld for some reason which I find to be a crime read more

This post office is absolutely pathetic. I get 2-3 packages a week, often important medical supplies and for about the last 2 years they manage to find someway to mess up EVERY delivery. First, the local mail carrier cant be bothered to put down her cell phone and do her job, so i get pink slips in my mail box where i have to go to the post office and retrieve them myself, even though im home during day times and no delivery attempt is ever made. Not what i paid for. Once I get there, more times than not they have no idea where the packages are, and on several occasions the package gets instantly returned to sender the SAME day of the delivery "attempt". (the delivery attempt never existed) Most recent epic screw up was a package of very important medical supples, sent 24 hour guaranteed delivery, been 6 days since tracking info showed the package at this post office and as usual, nothing. No delivery, no pink slip, no record of ever having it. "Call the sender" is the standard advice i get when they mess up. Have you packages delivered somewhere outside of the zip code and away from the reach of these criminals, or you will never see it read more

4 times now I have scheduled a pick up service only twice did they actually do this. 50% is a failing grade. Also I have lived in the same apartment for 5 years. Over a month ago I stopped receiving my mail. Started getting calls from businesses asking if I had moved because my mail was returned to sender. I never get notices left in my mailbox letting me know the office complex has a package for me. Something needs to be done this is beyond ridiculous. Just LAZY. I print postage at home because I try to avoid going into the post office because they are rude, grumpy, sarcastic, frowning and work at a snails pace. Guess it's okay to act that way since it's nearly impossible to get fired from this government job. read more

Minimum one star! this post office deserves NO star, Worst ignorant staff ever! if you create a label on line and pay on line and then go to hand over the package to this post office they will not give you a receipt, the ignorant staff says because you created the label on line and got a discount we will not issue a receipt. Take the same package to another post office and Wow! no question asked receipt issued. I have called the manager/supervisor to complain but to no avail. read more

This post office does not have anyone that I have met that seems to care about their job. Okay, I take that back - ONE TIME I met someone (I believe a manager) that was helpful. Our packages get marked as delivered in the morning as soon as the mail gets on the truck. I do not like this. It should say delivered once it has been DELIVERED. Many times I have had to go to the post office myself to pick up a package after "attempted delivery" when someone was home for the package. Also, we get updates saying "notice left" and there is no notice to be found on our door or in the mailbox. We have had our mailman return on multiple occasions because they were just going to take our stuff back to the post office. Once, I picked up a package after trying twice to schedule re-delivery. When I finally got the package, it had "attempted delivery dates" written on it. These dates had not yet occurred!!! Two-day delivery charges are a waste for this post office. You might as well plan to pick up your own packages the day AFTER you are expecting to receive them. read more

Horrible horrible customer service! Long and slow lines. I avoid this post office at all costs as they never fail to disappoint me. For whatever reason, my mailperson cannot figure out how to leave a package at my front door. Why is UPS and FedEx capable of delivering a package but the United States government cannot? I have called and asked why my mail person is not capable of delivering a package but the USPS cannot explain what the problem is. read more

This post office is the worst. One person at the counter and a line of customers waiting. Prompt customer service does not exist here. Very sad. read more

Rude, Rude, Rude. Everyone I encountered at this post office was less than helpful and seemed to feel put out when I asked questions about receiving a refund for spending $50 for 2 day service that took 7 days! I stood at the door to talk to a supervisor who never came - finally after pressing the call button numerous times someone came but they were not helpful. There was a woman who had been this post office for 3 hours trying to get help. I will never return and will look for other options to send packages in the furture. read more

If you are wondering why the USPS is $6B in deficit, visit this location. I could deal with the pace at which they attempt to attend each customer if it was done so in a pleasant manner and not condescending one. Customer service is atrocious, the waiting area always looks like a tornado blew through it. I only stop here if it's absolutely necessary. Otherwise, I prefer FedEx or UPS. read more

Nice employee on duty, but the mailing supplies were running low or completely out of stock. Also, under staffed resulting in a long wait. Had no trouble mailing my package though, so all in all not bad. read more

Slow as molasses and terribly inefficient. Bad attitude. If this were a real business they would not last a day. Sad.

Twice this post office failed to follow proper procedure to deliver my overnight package. Both times were to the same business address. Try calling and they either do not answer or put you on perpetual hold. No matter how busy a business is, if there is no customer service, they are failing at their job. In others words, they are taking your money and delivering nothing and there is no excuse for doing business that way. read more

The worst ever post office in the entire world! Post offices in developing countries with much more population work better than this post office. Until today, they have lost around 7 packages of mine. I have even complained to Office of Inspector General (https://www.uspsoig.gov/form/new-complaint-form) to no avail. The morning window service to pick up packages never works! They take at least 15 minutes to answer the door and then disappear behind it with your notice. Also, they are very rude!! Many a times, the online status says delivered, but it's not there at the leasing office or my mail box or even the post office! Moreover, I don't even receive the notice in my mailbox sometimes. I wish I could complain and it would really matter and actually something would change about this post office and its employees! WORST EVER! read more

The window for pick up is always closed. There is a sign to ring the bell. That's fine with me. However, when I ring the bell, no one comes to open the window to help me when I clearly hear conversations (non-work-related, mind you) on the other side. I waited for a couple minutes before I rang it again, and again...and again. Meanwhile the voices continue and the loud ringing gets ignored. Frustrated, I stand in line for about ten minutes because there's only one worker helping the long line of annoyed customers. When my turn is reached and I hand over the slip to retrieve my package, I am told very rudely that I need to pick up my package at the side window. I mention that no one is available to respond to my several attempts. She responds that maybe they're on break and that I should try again. I tell her I'm not going back there to wait endlessly, so she reluctantly steps to the back, returns and orders me back to the window where someone will help me. I go back to the window and ring the doorbell AGAIN and with still a short delay, someone finally opens the door. No apologies, no sense of urgency, no customer service. I would avoid this post office at all possible costs. read more
