She called me twice to update me on the status and a third time to let me know she found it. You all must know that the USPS is no longer a Federal or any type of government entity. It is a private sector who is contracted to deliver your mails. You can understand (no excuses) why most of the employees can be rude or even ignorant in their profession. I conducted some business their and it can be irritating to deal with rude and ignorant employees. I'm testing the water for now, but more then likely I may cancel my business with them. To me, it's not about the monetary values, it's about taking care of the customers (especially if your in the business of customer service). I requested almost two weeks ago to hold my mail and packages but they still brought my mail everyday . On the 10 th day , from my request , we received a notification that the package we are expecting was already delivered at 12:30 pm but no package was found in the mail box . I went to the post office and the lady staff said they do not have my request . I was referred to the postmaster DJ , who said that they received my request and that today they put my mail on hold . So I asked him if I could get my mail and a package which was not delivered in our mailbox . He said that my mail and package were with the mailman and advised me to come back at five pm . So I asked him why are my mails with the mailman when he said that my mail was put on hold ? And why did they hold it today when my request was almost few days ago ? He could not give me a clear answer . He just kept on telling me to come back at 5pm but cannot assure me what time the mailman will come back . I told him that I am willing to come back even at midnight just to make sure I get that package today . I totally cannot understand the incompetence of this post office . DJ was not even helping , instead overbearing and not courteous at all . The other staff are nice and friendly . DJ. , being the postmaster is expected to act professionally and be serviceable . I've been here a few times and have never had any issues, I usually go in after 2pm and there's only a line of about 2-3 people. The workers I've spoken with have always been kind and always ask if there's anything else I need before heading out. read more

The workers here are so lazy, I do A LOT of online shopping & I never get anything delivered not even a slip saying my package is at the post office waiting. I actually have to track it there, then call to make sure it's there then I go in & deal with long lines to get help from the 1 person at the desk then deal with her attitude from hell. One of their employees, told me to stop coming to their location. An old African American, and self-proclaimed veteran, told me to stop coming 10 minutes before closing to drop off my international mail. Granted this was my 5th time bringing international mail before closing. Unfortunately I have to give one star to write this review, but it honestly it deserves NO stars. So let's start off by the lack of customer service skills that one of their employees has. We went in to get a passport done two weeks ago because we are traveling for the summer and were able to get it done with NO PROBLEM. Today we went in to get another passport for my father and the women that works there said to my dad "you're a liar, we don't do that here". Excuse me? Did you just call an elderly person a liar? It was bizarre. Then she got all loud and ghetto about it because I guess that's the way she gets her way with other people, but that doesn't work with customers that you get paid to serve. I honestly don't understand how she even has a job if she is proving false Information to the customers and just the lack of people skills that she has. They need to get rid of her or teach her some customer service skills because being ghetto and loud isn't going to get her far enough especially if one day someone who isn't going to put up with her shit smacks her across the face. read more

The only problem I have ever had here is that the lines can be long, especially around the holidays. But without exception, if you listen to what's going on at the counter you'll find that the problem is with the customer, not the employee. I don't understand why so many bad review. But, I have met the African-american older man and the older white lady a few time and have absolute no problem at all. Also, just call about a problem cause I lost my MB key and ask a few question and the lady was really helpful. If you want respect you have to give respect talk in a nice tone and be clear about your question before you call or talk to them explain to them your problem in a slow paced and maybe they can actually help you. If you're frustrated of course the other people going to feel pressure from the customer and feel frustrated as well. Avoid this post office at all cost . There customer service is in the toilet . Standing in line for 20 mins , they had only one person working . Once I got to the counter, I was then told they have no stamps and I should go to CVS for a book . As its my local post office I have been there a few times over the years there customer service is horrible never been spoken to politely . Will be heading to Redlands from now on . read more

The clerks are very rude. I went there to send a bill and I asked if I can purchase priority mail or express mail to make sure it will be delivered in 2 days. The clerk showed me a list of options and said the only one guaranteed to deliver in 2 days was priority mail and it would cost me $16. She had an attitude that I was taking up her time when I was thinking about whether I should go for that price. Later I decided not to purchase priority mail but I wanted a tracking number. Then she turned her head to her another clerk and said, "now she wants a tracking number." She said that if you want a tracking number you have to use priority mail. I was not familiar with all the rules of post office, but her attitude showed me that this post office has very poor management and they don't train their employees how to respect their customers. read more

I've had nothing but issues with this office and one of their employees Robert as far back as when they were on Baseline. Unless you're a senior citizen or black, he's rude. My packages have got lost more than once. ATT never got one of my returns and their route driver is inconsistent. I get mail anywhere from noon to 7pm. I work transportation and this just a joke. For being around as long as they have, you'd think USPS would have a more sufficient and intelligent tracking and delivery system in place. read more

I have been tracking my package and it is, :on the vehicle to be delivered on 2-11-15". I walk outside because the mailman drives up to the mailbox and I see my package in his vehicle, its in an obvious bright pink package, he picks up the package, sees me walking over and sets in back down into his vehicle and drives off! I would not give this even 1 star if I could and am only doing so to post my comment. I have had many issues with this post office losing my mail too...incoming and out going. This is the worst post office ever. Sharon is a supervisor there and I asked her to give me a call back when she found out why they were holding my mail . She told me I choose not to all you back you call me back. Not to mention this is the second time I called to see why and my call was never returned. I asked her why is she so rude and she told me to go F@&$ a egg. And hung up on my face . I work for ups freight and couldn't imagine speaking to a customer this way when they are at fault.
