I ended up going to the post office and mailing each envelope to the Netherlands for $4.65 each with delivery within 15 days. That type of incompetence, it's not acceptable and I will never go there again.

Each time I've gone here, the wait has been short or non existent, and the line moves very quickly. The employees are warm and welcoming, and it honestly gives a "small town" vibe to the experience. There is some parking out front -- not a ton of spaces, but it's a small post office in a small town, so what they have has always been sufficient when I stopped by. They offer passport services at this location (not sure if they have that at all US Post Offices). If I had to have any passport-related tasks done, this would be a great, non-stressful place to get it handled. Bonus: there's a cute map mural on the side of the building that makes for a good photo backdrop.

I applied for a passport and accidently filled the form out in blue ink. Instead of being told "its your responsibility to ensure you filled the form out correctly" like the PO off of Boulder Ave would have told me, the man said "No worries! go ahead over to the back counter and fill out this new form with that black inked pen and we'll get ya all settled!" While this may sound insignificant to some, there was a customer that also had an appointment for her passport right after me. And to compensate he pulled someone away from the back to help finish the last 2-3 minutes of my passport and start the first 2-3 minutes of hers at the same time. I left my pictures for my passport at home due to being in a rush, and even though I only selected a "non photo passport" appointment, he still quickly took my picture and adjusted the price. Even the other employees had a smile and shared some laughs with me. 10/10 night and day difference between the PO by my house and this one. I will now only be coming here for any Post Office related concerns.

This review is specifically for the printing and copying department because PAUL, you rock!…read more I don't know if Paul was the manager, district manager, or what his position was, but he handled every customer there so well, including me. His customer service was excellent. He was attentive, communicated extremely well, and really knew his craft. He explained everything clearly and made me feel completely taken care of. I came in trying to print some bookmarks, but unfortunately my formatting wasn't quite right. Paul let me print a couple of proofs so I could see how they would actually come out before committing to the whole project, which, by the way, I didn't even know you could do! The proofs were super inexpensive, like around a buck or so, depending on the paper size, and SUCH a good idea if you're unsure how your project is going to look once it's printed. Mine ended up being the wrong size and the color wasn't quite right, and one of the proofs even came out a little wonky. Paul was so gracious about it and told me he wasn't going to charge me for that proof. It was a small gesture, but those little things say a lot about customer service. What impressed me most, though, was watching how he handled everyone. Even while helping me, he was aware of the other customers waiting, acknowledging them, communicating with them, and making sure everyone felt seen. That spoke VOLUMES to me. Now I have to go back into Canva and resize everything, which is going to take me a minute but at least now I know exactly what I need to fix before spending money printing the whole project. So if you have a printing project and you're not quite sure how it's going to turn out, come to Staples, find Paul, and ask about printing a proof first. He'll help explain what needs to happen so you can get your project the way you want it. Excellent communication. Excellent customer service. Excellent attention to detail. Just be aware the doors to the lobby are closed on Sundays in case you have a bigger envelope that won't fit in standard mailboxes out there.
