I placed 4 pieces of mail in my box for pick up. I did not lift the flag as I didn't want to signal anyone that there was mail in there. The new driver threw my Westways magazine in on top of my outgoing mail and drove off. I waited until he made his turn at the end of the cul du sac and gave him the missed mail and told him what happened. And he looked at me like I was from another planet said nothing and drove off. No "Opps, Sorry". Nothing. I called the main P.O. and the phone rings, rings and rings then hangs up on you. Nice customer service. read more

We arrived for our passport appointment Saturday afternoon only to find out no one was working that day. Apparently she hasn't been there for the "last few days." The workers said she might be there Thursday...well there's no appointments for the next 3+ weeks. A complete waste of time considering we drove 1.5 hours for the appointment. read more

PASSPORT OFFICE REVIEW We recently visited Hemet's USPS Passport office and couldn't be happier with their help and efficiency. We walked in on a weekday last minute, shortly after when they opened. Appointments are recommended. Claudia went above and beyond for us after we explained our dilemma. Because of her expert advice and where to go last minute, in 24 hours, I had my passport in hand while we were STILL waiting for one other passport that we PAID an expedited service top dollar to complete two days prior (*Due to circumstances beyond their control, AND not responsive/quick enough towards the 2nd day kind of overlooked our urgency. Somebody dropped the ball, sadly. Thus why we went to plan B). In the end, she saved us so much time, money, and stress and I could not be more grateful. She was patient and knowledgeable!! Thank you again so much, Claudia! If there is any confusion regarding your passport definitely call this office and speak to Claudia before moving forward with your applications. Even if you need your passport in 24 hrs, Claudia will send you in the right direction and you'll end up only paying your passport fees and the $60 expedited fee per passport. The worst customer service I've ever experienced in my years of coming here. Lance should definitely be fired. His attitude and snarky remarks were very off putting. I guarantee if I were a man, he wouldn't had spoke to me the way that he did but he's clearly intimidated by women. Instead of being rude, he should learn how to inform the customers with a better attitude. He definitely had the right one today because I was in a good mood but had it been someone else? Idk what is worse... the fact that these people probably complain about not being paid enough or the fact that they don't care to work hard enough to make things run smoothly, it's hard to say I've had a good experience with this post office. I tried calling to check on a package that is "undeliverable" they attempted to make contact yet Im receiving everything else( not the 1st time unfortunately). My usual postman is awesome he always says hi and is on his work but the office is either poorly ran or poorly staffed but imo, it goes back to the manager. Worst post office ever. Constantly not delivering weekly magazines. Several other items go missing all the time. This happens with all of my neighbors as well. Today I was suppose to get an overnight delivery but the postal carrier refused to give it to me or even double check her vehicle for it....even after I showed her a text msg and email showing tracking number and that item was out for delivery. She tried to blame it on another carrier stating they split the route today and that he must have it. Can NEVER reach the postmaster by phone as he thinks he's better than the rest of us and keeps his phone off the hook. This circus of a post office has been operating this way for at least 10 years. This is a post office with very poor service, and I often lose my parcels. I go to the post office and ask them, and they will evade and say that your package is a tortoise mail, which is very slow. In the end, these tortoise packages were gone. I had to refund the money to the customer. Never put the package in the drop box! ! ! read more

Claudia Marsh was the rudest and disrespectful person I have ever meet. I watched her speak inappropriate to my 65 year old mother and I couldn't figure out why? When we first knocked on the door she was hesitant to help us I noticed she had two smaller children that were doing schoolwork in her office therefore we were not sure if she was able to help us with the Covid and all. She proceeded to ask my mom what did she need rudely and my mother said a passport. Claudia's demeanor was very uncomfortable and unacceptable. She states that my mom was too old and her picture and birth certificate was too old as well. There always a professional way to express your feelings. However I am a flight attendant and I know the quality of customer service and what it takes to to make other people smile. Claudia was obviously having an awful day. One person having a bad day can influence their life I hope a supervisor sits down and talks to Claudia about her behavior and her unprofessionalism and correct her behavior for the senior citizens in our community. Breaks my heart that she gets away with the rudeness and nastiness to older people or anyone that can't defend themselves. I hope and pray God speak to her and she can change her bad attitude. read more

I went in around March with an appointment to get my kids passports for the first time. The lady that is there doing that process was incredibly rude! There were people standing in line waiting as walk ins so she was probably trying to hurry us up because of that but we had an appointment and it was two kids going thru the process so I had to make sure all the info was correct but she kept pushing us to hurry up and acted very agitated if we made a mistake on the paperwork super unprofessional. Literally the worst post office in California only beating the Romoland office by a tad. Why have a number for the office and leave it off the hook. This office constantly delivers my business packages to the wrong address. Half the time my bulk pickup driver complains that the management doesn't give them the sheets for their bulk pickup so they just guess. What is going on with the management at this place? Out of all the cities I've lived in (perris,riverside,& Moreno Valley) this is by far the worst experience I've had with a U.S post office. Actually, I've never had a problem with any at all until moving to hemet. Mail carriers are pretty useless. The people in the office are rude too. read more

I think they have days where they just dont pick up the phone.!!! there use to be one person who was very helpful, Dorita, actually the only one I ever was able to talk to. Sadly she is gone, I hear Cherie is great, if only they would answer the phone. 5 days I have called many times, no answer! rings and rings, or busy signal. Sometimes it's impossible to get a parking spot and it's hard to park on the busy streets the line inside is always a mess and there's never enough people working the front desk. If you have a mailbox it's comfortable going in and out but this place is a little too small. read more

Never go here if you're in a hurry or wanting to go early. They are constantly understaffed and the line is ridiculous. They open at 930 through the week and 10 on the weekend. Got there this morning at 945 and the parking lot (which is miserable also! You have to make a 5 point to turn around if there's not a spot in this small lot) was already full. There was a line at the front door. And a line in the lobby inside that was even longer. They told the front line to go to the side. I went across the street to El Toro market and got my money order for 75 cents instead of $1.65. They lost a customer. My mother sent me Priority package on January 8th, 2018. Ten days later the package is still "in transit" and post office has NO CLUE as to where the package is.... Clearly there is a theft or extreme incompetence problem with this Post Office. I've mailed gifts to my kids that stay with there Mom for them to receive an empty box. Heart broken I get the calls of what has happened. And when I call to have this investigated I only get stone walled. Today Im going back and forth with their supervisor Jose about a package for my son from his Mom as they are here for the summer ..And the run around has been ridiculous I've provided tracking numbers. And in their system the package shows delivered to "an individual" What?! We we're all here waiting for said package that never shows. And now my kids Mom cant even file for claim because these clowns claim to have delivered package. Mail carrier took outgoing packages out of my hand and drove off. Find out not only were both packages NOT SCANNED, the supervisor at the post office (Richard) decided it would be best to blame me instead by saying I should have never given him packages in the first place. ARE YOU KIDDING ME??? They went out priority mail and were valued at $269. I honestly believe the mail carrier stole them knowing I have an Ebay store. One package getting lost would seem like a random thing, but BOTH at the same time, on the same day? As usual, they will not be doing anything at all. Since I am the criminal in this, the mail carrier (Larry) wont be reprimanded in any way. He was extremely distracted that day and very strange. In the next two weeks to follow, he gave us the wrong mail several times. This kind of disgusting behavior with the post office needs to stop. No one is held accountable and nothing is ever done. I agree with other reviews that most of the people who answer the phone there are very very rude. I've been given false information, directed to sites to issue a complaint where they say they're the wrong place to go, so the post office was giving bogus information just to get me off the phone. I personally delivered an important letter with very sensitive information in it to the post office and dropped it off the mail slot INSIDE, but it never arrived to its destination. I am very concerned as to who got that letter and what that person is doing with my personal information that was inside the letter! Very upsetting. Not to mention that they routinely loose mail to my home address, and when I call, they just brush me off, like I am making it up. They just send mail back to sender, etc., they do not care clearly, yet they are wondering why they are loosing money when they are loosing letters, hmmm, I wonder? How can they loose a letter form their own inside mailbox? Please move the trashcan further away from the sorting table so mail cannot just fall in it, or what are they doing? read more
