Wow how hard is it to deliver a package to an address that is posted on the gate it says it will be delivered says it was delivered and then you find out it was returned because they said they couldn't deliver it the post office had the package and sent it back to why did they not call me explicit instructions with the mailing and delivery process plain and simple my contact information and yet they send it all the way back I don't understand how hard it is to deliver a package to an address I do it all the time with a big truck let alone a little van that I see turning around in my driveway every other day and they say they can't bring it out here unreal read more

very confusing using their pricing model for mass mailing

Cherie is EVERYTHING WONDERFUL! Positive helpful clear supportive efficient....quick. She is amazing!

I personally delivered an important letter with very sensitive information in it to the post office and dropped it off the mail slot INSIDE, but it never arrived to its destination. I am very concerned as to who got that letter and what that person is doing with my personal information that was inside the letter! Very upsetting. Not to mention that they routinely loose mail to my home address, and when I call, they just brush me off, like I am making it up. They just send mail back to sender, etc., they do not care clearly, yet they are wondering why they are loosing money when they are loosing letters, hmmm, I wonder? How can they loose a letter form their own inside mailbox? Please move the trashcan further away from the sorting table so mail cannot just fall in it, or what are they doing? read more

The customer service is the worst. I called to make an appointment for submission of a passport application; I was transferred to 3 different people after calling for 2 hours and receiving a busy signal. I was asked the number of people needing a passport and when I told her 2, she stated there wasn't a have appointment available for two people. I acknowledge and agreed to bring one of them, and the person was a minor. She offered me an appointment at 2pm and when I said okay, she said hold on let me check, then came back to the phone and said she only had a 1230 appointment. Okay color me stupid, the person is a minor and 1230 is school hours. I always supported the wonderful job the post office supplies, but lately the customer service has been the worst EVER! read more

The Experience was the WORST ever! This worker had No patience and bad customer service skills... the older tall black guy was VERY rude and made a big deal when I asked for no return signature on Certified mail. HE CONFUSED ME MORE THAN EVER. Last time it cost more so now I just ask "to not apply return signature cost " that I can track it online myself, ty. He was Acting very prideful and talking down to me saying it all comes with signatures, I said okay but I do not want a signature back...he kept fighting me about it:-/ but when my male friend spoke up for me nicely, he spoke to him back nice. Wish I could report him but o well God bless his old soul.... I will never go there again. If I could give it zero stars I would! read more

On a hot Sunday they delivered a vinyl record, it was placed on the ground, my house is located 500 ft from mailbox, they could have driven on a paved road and placed it in a shaded obvious cooler area next to fence. No common sense, complete moron idiot delivery person, where do you find these people? read more

Today I went to this post office and the guy at line #1 racially profiled me. He ask everyone that was in front of me for there license so I got mine out. But when it was my turn he asked if I had proof of address when it was my turn to get my mail.., he didn't ask the two white ppl in front of me for proof and they had large packages. I asked him "why" would you need proof if my licenses has my address and name on it. He said" there has been a lot of stole stuff" but why not ask the white ppl in front for the additional information. I'm sorry this is not cool and I'm say thumbs down on this post office I'm now on the customer service line holding for a supervisor and will be filling a complaint against this office... read more

Claudia was amazing when she helped us with processing passports for our 2 children. We walked in and waited about 5minutes and she took care of us within 20minutes. Easy to talk to, super friendly, and fast! Huge difference from the Wildomar office- they turned us away after waiting 15minutes.... read more

Worst customer service I have ever ran into. Needed my mail box replaced, I had followed every instruction they had given me in regards to my mail. I had the option to have my mail held at the post office so I signed up for it. Recently got a new job and of course your first pay is always in the form of a check. I go to pick up my mail and the supervisor tells me that no mail was held, "it's somewhere out in the street" I stated that I paid for the box to be repaired and I signed for my mail to be held at the office a week ago.. I told the supervisor that I needed my check to pay bills and feed my family, he simply said sorry "your mail wasn't held, I can't do anything about it, the carrier has it now." Its a Saturday and now my family won't get to eat or bills won't get paid because of their poor management and lack of protocols to follow by.. Never will I go to that post office again... Worst!!! read more

This is the worse post office I have ever been in. First of all, what is with their hours? Why do they not open until 9:30 AM? The parking situation is nearly impossible to negotiate. Your best bet is to park across the street at the liquor store. The line this afternoon was out the door and they had 2 windows open. To top it off it's the only post office in this city. No wonder the post office is going broke. read more
