They have a self-service machine that can help with printing postage for those with enveoples and packages to go. I made the mistake on the 1/20/25 (a holiday) of trying to drop off letters (5 inches worth; I know, due to my travels, I have not checked my mail for a long time) and a package in 3 SL post offices. Atmosphere - Decent size lobby. Homeless here, hence the closure during non business hours. Plenty of parking.. One way in and out. Well it is supposed to be... They have a very secure letter mail drop off, see picture. Too bad I was only able to put 1-2 letters at a time. And no place to drop off my package. Going to the Alameda USPS tomorrow. Service - 2, barely good enough. Barely even any self service... Price - N/A, see their websites. This is something you only have to deal with because it is so small. During the Christmas holidays be sure and send out your mail early. Like I said - one man team and the line can get krazy. Now, trying to recall the situation, I don't think he even asked me to verify the address. However, the package and the form I had to fill out were definitely correct because I had handwritten it. However the first set of images would not upload to the passport website as the background looked too dark. So I returned to the store and photos were taken again, and Hayley used her tech skills to lighten the background before sending them to me. They worked perfectly and I was able to submit my application and the passport has already been delivered. Thanks again to Dana, for her help and service and to Dana for assistance with photo and tech support. Actually, everyone I talked to in the shop was pleasant and helpful.

I prefer the UPS Store, but needed to make a return that was only offered through Fed Ex so here we are. This location is in a busy shopping center. A smile/warm greeting is nice, but not required to get the job done. The location is pretty small, but efficient. They get the job done here.
