Their work is further increased by UPS dropping off tons of Amazon packages at the Post Office rather than delivering them to the physical addresses themselves. Despite this increase in work, the same dedicated staff continues to serve with a smile. I don't know how they do it. Five stars once again, and I wish the customers would provide the appreciation the staff deserves.

I lost over $52.00 in medical prescriptions this year due to this. It also make things difficult to get another refill when this happens. I am also delivering mail to the proper home address when I receive mail improperly delivered to me. I never know if things I order are going to be delivered to my box or if they are being delivered to the wrong box. I would appreciate the Post Master resolving the issue. I have heard from other neighbors that the letter carrier has an attitude about his inept work.

A few days ago I missed an hour of work to stand in this line because after waiting 5 months, and paying $40 to get a key to my mailbox at the apartment I moved into 5 months ago, they finally called me and told me they had a key. Upon returning to my apartment I searched the wall of US Post Office boxes but there was not one labeled with my unit number. I used the key I was given to attempt to open any box, and finally it worked in one, but it was labeled with a different unit number. I left a note for the postal carrier asking if they could leave my mail in this box because that was the key I was given, but no mail has been left for me. I've been expecting something that was mailed to me over a week ago, so here I stand again in this horrendous line hoping someone can give me some answers or at least give me my mail. This is insane. For anyone who needs more assurance, here is a nice two-paragraph summary. The passport guy sucks. I came in for an appointment and he refused to see me. After I was refused for my appointment, it took ten tries calling the office to get an answer. I was told on the phone that this location does passports, meaning they straight up lied to my face about not having my appointment. After I got a date confirmed on the phone to do my passport, the appointment dates on the website changed to no longer be available. I had two tabs open on my computer and saw the dates change. In short, this little charmer has been doing anything and everything to avoid my appointment. IDK if this is a consistent theme of his or not, but I'm going to have to assume so based on the way two different people in the front office were able to lie about services provided without skipping a beat. To be fair they were training new employees so I could have seen them at their worst. Just shrugs shoulders. Its like the people who work here hate the people who live here or something. How many post offices have a 100% fail rate. They have not delivered a single package but force people to physically come into the post office and pay them for a PO box. If Fedex and UPS can both deliver to the houses here, why are the post office act like its some impossible task? If a package is too big to fit into the mailbox, he may crush it so that it fits. Large packages are often left out in the rain or snow. He is lazy and never gets out of the vehicle or any reason.
