If you read our other Yelp review of Copy Copy in Frisco, CO, you know that they screwed us on our…read moreprinting job in several ways; the most painful begin the complete failure to print our business cards. That epic fail occurred on Wednesday 9/20; our event was Saturday 9/22 and we needed those cards! On a Thursday 9/21/17, I called every printer in Winter Park and the surrounding area; without exception, every one of them told me that they couldn't get cards done in 24hrs; "couldn't be done; maybe in Denver". My last call was answered, as were our prayers, by Steffan; at McConnel Printing. I had my cards in my hand that VERY SAME DAY! They saved our bacon by doing in less then 8hrs what their "competition" couldn't do in 4 days. Oh and did I mention at half the price? The rest of the "printers" in Winter Park should either A) take a lesson or B) find a new line of work; maybe Steffan's hiring.....

We spoke on the phone the next day and she emailed a quote immediately. Not only was her response time above and beyond, my website is beyond anything I could of ever dreamed of. I have referred this company to other people I know needing help with their websites. Red Rocks Stickers is absolutely the best, customer service is the greatest I have had in a long time and they answered any questions and also did training with me. I will never go anywhere else for my business. They are the best and so reasonable on their costs!!!! Highly recommend this company to everyone.

I come from a corporate design/video PD background and am new to fine art printing. I had a "rush…read morerequest" and many questions. I liaised with several services before settling on Nocerino. I first spoke with Mike, who was generous in helping a first-timer navigate options and went so far as to give me a call for an additional chat the following day after I emailed him with concerns. This was the holiday season, so many thanks for that. Mike and his colleague Jules were a pleasure, and the staff is easily accessible - which I realize is often not the case in printing. My takeaway: Apart from staff expertise and efficiency (they processed my order in a day), I particularly appreciate the candor and pragmatism I experienced. This isn't a business looking simply to make sales; they're focused on presenting good options and managing expectations so that clients walk out happy. They did great work for me and offered smart advice. I learned a lot through the experience and am far better positioned for success in future projects because of Mike and Jules. I urge artists with printing to put their complete confidence in this business.
