Curiously and without any follow-up from anyone at Boulder Packaging, my time-sensitive customer's package sat without even being scanned into the system for tracking four days after drop-off at this store until I called with pointed questions. My business card was provided twice to the clerk at the time of drop-off and he refused to take it, but since my business contact info is listed on the label & internantional paperwork, I'd thought everything was good. It very much was NOT! When I noticed no progress on the tracking, I called to check in on the 26th and the employee that answered was the same man that had initially received my package three days earlier on the 24th. He casually related that mysteriously, neither FedEx nor DHL had picked up ANY PACKAGES for three days, but "we absolutely did nothing wrong", he insisted. I was stunned to be expected to believe that explanation for an "Authorized" Ship Center, so I immediately called DHL customer support and my Account Rep directly to repeat my questions and get real answers. DHL explained that some shipping centers have automatic daily pickup while others have to call to request pickup. Miraculously, my package was finally picked up on the 27th to at last begin it's journey abroad after an inexplicably undocumented and uncommunicated four day layover at Boulder Packaging Center. This is certainly not what I or my customer paid for when we were entrusted to get their package abroad in a express manner. We DO NOT RECOMMEND and will not trust this location again for our business shipping in-the-field drop-offs. It is really unfortunate since we prefer to support local businesses whenever possible. My business reputation cannot afford their lack of professional accountability and excessively casual attitude about their role in getting paying customer's packages delivered on time. FedEx & DHL, you need to check up on your "Authorized" Shipping Centers. Your brand and your customers are not being represented or served well here.

My daughters and I are able to travel the world!…read more After several scheduled appointments at the Longmont location, I was disappointed and worried about getting our documents in time for our trip out of the country come March 2022. But after one attempt we finally got an appointment at the Lyons Post Office and about 7 weeks later we got our passports! I highly recommend and most of it is required but have ALL your paperwork ready when you make your appointment. Birth certificates for all along with with a picture ID and a completed passport application is a must. I have full custody of my 2 daughters so I had to provide a court order copy. Otherwise both biological parents have to be present and sign for minor children. The Lyons Post Office was clean and no busy at all. They also offer the passport photo taking so no need to worry about that! For 3 passports, it was less than $400!

She was quick to answer questions, great multitasker, and overall amazing customer service. I don't ever leave reviews but I had to leave one for her after I saw how she treated this family that walked in before me. They had about four kids trying to get passports and they didn't know how but Priscilla was super kind and answered every question with a smile. She even cracked jokes and made everyone in the post office laugh. She's an amazing employee! I came in for my passport appointment I had at 12:00pm and I was out of there by 11:58am and she was working all alone with a long line of people. She's awesome!

A few days ago I missed an hour of work to stand in this line because after waiting 5 months, and paying $40 to get a key to my mailbox at the apartment I moved into 5 months ago, they finally called me and told me they had a key. When I asked the man behind the counter if he could check to see if he had any mail for me he said "no. It will be in your mailbox." Upon returning to my apartment I searched the wall of US Post Office boxes but there was not one labeled with my unit number. I used the key I was given to attempt to open any box, and finally it worked in one, but it was labeled with a different unit number. I left a note for the postal carrier asking if they could leave my mail in this box because that was the key I was given, but no mail has been left for me. I've been expecting something that was mailed to me over a week ago, so here I stand again in this horrendous line hoping someone can give me some answers or at least give me my mail. This is insane. I would like to think something can be done, but since I'm seeing complaints from over 10 years ago on here I guess there is nothing we can do except accept that it sucks and they absolutely do not care about us or our mail.
