Asked about shipping with USPS, he refused saying it was shipping with UPS. His last response was "are you going to pay for shipping for your item or not". Overall, pretty crappy customer service experience. Very condescending employee or owner or whoever it was simply lacked any sense of professionalism. Absolutely will do my best to avoid having anything shipped from this store again.

I started two full months before my relocation. I have been unable to get any service from them. They do not answer their phone or return calls. I finally made an appointment to deliver a dumpster, but they failed to show up or even call. They now told me that they will be unable to help me. I've wasted an entire month (I only had 2 months) trying to deal with a local company. This is not an example of "superior" service. I would most definitely NOT recommend this company.
