The ground Post office really is a sad place to get your mail at it does not allow you to be able to call when you call they don't answer nobody picks up the phone regardless of what number you call they lose your packages they have absolutely no recollection of what they did with your packages once receiving them you keep getting I don't know I've been to the post office and last year at least 60 times for packages that have never been either delivered or they have absolutely no idea where they went after being delivered to their office their employees seem to steal things or throw things away they once they're away for Christmas for my daughter's dead sends as Young memory a very precious gift that they thought was trash and didn't bother to put it in my mailbox nor let me know that it came in there is something wrong with this post office. read more

The worst public employees I've ever encountered. Postmasters who got their jobs because of affirmative action who don't keep their word and call the customer back when he said he would keep his word. 12 people from the United States Postal Service and the United States postal inspection service including three supervisors never called me back never emailed me back never resolved my issue. Then you have to go into the post office and deal with rude employees which only makes you angrier they don't answer questions Millie the supervisor won't answer questions disgusting behavior. They never found my package they never contacted me the automated system failed me. They don't call back,answer the phone, and turn off the messaging button. They are slow and rude to people. I have had to go up there two times after the same package because they misplaced it on the shelves. And my absolute favorite of all, getting a sorry we missed you in my mailbox when I have been home all day waiting on the package after being messaged that it is out for delivery. My delivery lady is rude most days and lazy she can't be bothered with dropping off or driving to my location. With 20 boxes on one pole, we have had mail theft, damage by cars (3 times in 5 years), hitting the pole, and people pasting messages on and in the boxes, and they won't let us relocate them. Mind you, we have all gone out and bought locking boxes, but they still reach in to get it. Graham post office said get one of their multiple box set ups, or get a po box. Sorry, I am disabled as some of the others on this road and take medication for it, so I can't just jump in a car and go there. With the last point being that I would still have to go there and deal with those angry individuals, not to mention trying to get in and out of that poorly set up parking lot and entrance/exit point. My opinion is that they need to clean house and get new employees. Relocating the staff to a real post office and see how long they last. I also love it when they over stuff the mail box or crush them to get it in, then still drive past to take other people their stuff AND I live on a dead end so she has to fo past a second time! If no star was an option I'd choose no star. I wish I could avoid using this post office. Delivery updates are not accurate. I've even requested for packages to be delivered to my door and the driver will leave it at the post office for pick up. Service at the post office is not friendly or professional in any sense. This place needs to be restructured from the ground up with new staff and better management. read more

Back story... I went out of town and forgot to leave my lockbox key with my daughter. 9 days later, I return to a note in my lockbox stating the mail is at the Post Office. As I'm leaving Saturday to pick my mail up the mail carrier stops and asked if I got the note. I thanked her and stated I was on my way to pick it up. She told me they close at noon on Saturday but she would call to see if they would let me pick up any way... which she did and said John said it would be ok.... just knock loudly on the brown door. I get to the Post Office at 12:06 PM and knock loudly on the brown door. The door is open by a Asian lady that states they closed at noon. To which I replied that my mail carrier had called and I was told I could pick up mail and it was a lot of mail. As the lady walked away she started grumbling under her breath. As she starts dragging the stuff over, she starts giving me attitude about it being an excessive amount of stuff and how I shouldn't be doing this to my mail carrier and so on. I explained how I didn't mean to that I had forgotten to leave the mail box key with my daughter. To which she starts over again how it's too much mail and I shouldn't be doing this to my mail carrier. Another lady walks up to get her package (s) and I tell her, they closed at noon and if she ask to get her package (s) she's going to get attitude from the lady. The lady very loudly replies "We do close at noon and I'm not giving you attitude" My mail consisted of two of the white mail bins with handles. It was a lot for nine days but not a ton of stuff. Carrier leaves packages in the driveway by the garage door instead of walking 10 steps to the front door which is less visible to the thief's who are out there. First call to post office I was told that it would not happen again. Today the carrier did it again. Post office told me they are not responsible once it's delivered, but would talk to the post master. I guess it could be thrown onto the roof and that would be considered delivered. The lady up front was rude, wreaked of stale cigarettes and liquor. Am I at a post office or saloon? It was 10am. I tried to cash a usps money order. She said they dont cash anything over $20. Then why the flip do you offer them for up to $700 with indication they can be cashed at any post office? I went to 3 other post offices n not 1 would cash their own money order. What a joke. I have complained about the mail getting into the wrong boxes for 10 years . Most of us on this block have private locking boxes with our address on the outside of the box. Today I had the neighbor across the street's mail not one piece of mine . Now the bad part is the box next to mine also a locking box belongs to another neighbor who is a snow bird , which means if my mail is there it will be May before I get it ! Really how hard is it to compare a address ! . I have also witnessed the most inexcusable customer service at this location . I guess if you have put in 30 years the others are afraid to say anything to her . She accused a man of stealing a envelop , all he was doing was going to the counter to address it because there were so many people waiting to be helped . She also laughed in the face of a elderly , hard of hearing man . He keep saying I'm sorry I don't hear well, and she would bust out laughing again . In desperate need of Customer Service training. I think several have become too comfortable and think they are irreplaceable.

I moved to Graham in September. Our small neighborhood has clusters of locked mailboxes with numbers on them. I can't even count how many times our mail has been misdelivered, and we've had to make several trips to the post office to pick up small packages and other mail that never made it into our box. Thankfully, we had tracking numbers. I had another occasion where my online order never made it before Christmas. I called the company that I ordered from and fortunately they replaced the order, no questions asked. They even had my correct address. I went back to the post office once again, to pick up another package that I tracked down, which never made it to my mailbox, and lo and behold, they handed me a package that was my online order, in a damaged carton! read more

Thanks to the union, they can be slow slow slow and rude rude rude. They have three counters and only 1 person works. The employee todays was more concerned about keeping the door closed due to the line out the door, instead of expediting the customers and making sure we got helped. After standing there for 30 minutes i left. I counted 4 other folks just leave as well. read more

I have two packages that you all say you can't deliver, which is absolutely false. It's been requested to be re-delivered and yet you still haven't delivered it. I tried calling the Graham post office directly and the phone rings and no one answers. I've tried the USPS 800 customer service line and to finally get to a point where I can get a live person it tells me it's a 43 to 1 hour wait. Worst service ever! read more

The parking entrance to this Post Office is incredibly dangerous to get out of. The location is outdated for the amount of traffic. Good luck maneuvering your car. The interior of this location is run down - missing laminate and disrepairs everywhere. Looks like an abandoned crack house. read more

I have a locking mail box. I order things from Amazon and it said, a package had been left in my mailbox, that being said no one can get mail out of the box except family. I called the post office. They took the tracking number and said I would get my package it must have gotten delivered to the wrong address. It has been almost a week . I went to the post office and asked when I would get my package. First the person said just a moment and went in the back came out with a map that didn't have clear marked roads. Then she went and got a supervisor, the superviser ask me who did I talk to a female or a male? I told her I didn't catch His name. She said, she'd knew who I spoke with and she would talk to him and give me a call back. I also asked her to leave a message if I didn't answer. The supervisor never called back with a update. I Called again today and of course no answer , so I left a message with my address names and phone number requesting update as to where my package was and please call me. No call yet. In my option I think the Graham US post office should be reiewed by the US Postal Service. I would recommend for the Graham post office also do evaluations on all their staff.
