Not sure what's going on with post office, we have so many delivery issues from this office. We've lived here for three years and have only seen it get worse, Stopped in here Friday to try and pick up a package that said was "incomplete address" The place was not open, some staff could be seen but the door was locked and a hand written note taped to the inside. Showed up 10 minutes after they opened and all the lights were off and doors were locked. Waited for another 10 minutes until one of the employees said, "the person with the keys aren't here yet so you all should just find a different post office." Came back later that morning when they finally opened and I overheard the employees in the back laughing and making fun of all of us who were waiting in line. Also, the guy working the front definitely hates his job and it shows. Horrible customer service! read more

My experience with this location left me disappointed due to their inconsistent hours of operation. On some days they close as early as 4 PM, while most days they shut down at 12 PM. This inconsistency is frustrating for customers to rely on accurate information to plan their visits. I strongly urge USPS Bonney Lake, to update that I was probably an insured they are clearly communicated. read more

The short bald guy who was rude to my young daughters today who came in with a question about an international package. Try being nicer. You didn't need to be rude to her and tell her and I quote "you need to fill out this form quickly because we close in 4 minutes or freakin take it to another post office". What's wrong with you? Why do you need to talk to her like that!? It's 11:50am on a Friday. A grown man telling a young girl to "freakin" take something somewhere else because he's closing hours early. Closes randomly without notice. Came here at 10:30 am on a Monday and they put up a sign that says closed due to short staffing. They take longer lunches... came at lunch and there was a sign on the door saying closed from 11-1. Came back at 1 and there was a new sign that says lunch is til 1:15 now... ridiculous! read more

This location closes early without notice frequently. Three times this summer I have rushed to the post office after work to find that it was closed. Sometimes closing hours prior to normal business hours. Not acceptable for a government facility and a complete waste of my time. Go to the sumner location if what you want is reliability. read more

Paid &18- 35 each for 4 packages early Dec that had salmon & cheese in them . Paid extra for 2 day priority. 3 were a week late. 1 is 5 days late & still no delivery. I called the # & was told there's no guarantee. Why do you charge for more for a 2 day delivery then ????? I will never use them again. $94 wasted read more

This post office is much too small for our ever-growing city. The employees are usually nice but clearly overwhelmed. There's typically only one person working with a line of customers out the door. Be prepared to be there 20-30 minutes on any given day. read more

This small post office in Bonney Lake seems super old and is really simple, no frills or extras. Didn't interact with the staff, just dropped off mail to go out. Small parking lot. Post office is almost hidden without a street sign - almost drove past it. read more

My family has lived in our newly built home for over a year now, and we haven't had too many problems with amazon drivers and such finding our place. However I always have problems when I get anything delivered from this particular shipping service. The driver will be "unable to deliver the package" and will return it to the sender. We have had several packages take up to a MONTH to be resent to us and then had to pay for shipping AGAIN. Very frustrating. Worst of all they never answer their phone and so I sometimes have to drive to the USPS location myself to confirm my address and that I am the recipient of the package. Lazy drivers. The employees are probably as good as you can expect from the post office. However it is always understaffed. Always, always, always a line practically halfway out the door. Not even counting Christmas. When you try to call them it always goes to voicemail. If any place needs a kiosk like the one in Bellevue, this is it. read more

I don't understand why people give this place a bad name . It's a post office what more do you want from it? The ladies are nice and inviting they smile and say hi. It hasn't been busy the few times I went in. Only reason why I knocked a star off is because I live less then a mile from this post office but my mail comes from Sumner. Sadly with all the expansion here in Bonney lake they can't accommodate the new families. Hopefully they will expand and be able to but for now I'll ok with mailing packages off. read more

I've been here many times at this point and I'll drive to Sumner now instead. For one, the hours posted online are inaccurate. They won't be open a second after five. Or even sometimes five to five. Also. In my experience two women work the front, and one is lovely. I have a toddler. I need to be in and out. I know that sometimes there'll be a line, it's a small town office, which id usually love, but it literally feel like the second woman seeks to make he experience as drawn out and painful as possible. She literally has watched my son lose his mind after a long line twice, and has STILL tried to up sell, down sell, side sell EVERYTHING. A little help here. Kindness goes A LONG WAY. But unless you get lucky, it's not going to happen here. read more

Worst service ever take 30min just to mail something only ever one person working the desk when there is a line of 10 people waiting.

I work 8-5 and have a POBox. I have a yellow slip in my box that I cannot retrieve due to them being closed. I go every am at 730 and hear joking, music, laughter. I call out but no one answers. I say "may I ask a question?" No one answers. I pay for the box every year and they have the boxes with keys. Why can't my small package be out in that box and a key in my POBox? There is no signature required. I'm so frustrated! read more

I try to avoid this post office whenever possible. Too small, understaffed, and inefficient. Understand most of the mail is processed at the Sumner facility because this building has not been expanded to meet the needs of the growing population. The Bonney Lake community deserves better. read more

Worst post office ever. We go days without them delivering our mail. Never answer the phone. Go in to pick up package and it is out for delivery and never delivered till days later. We are the last street on the route so they just skip us day after day if its too late. read more

If I could give zero stars, I would. This post office routinely marks packages as delivered when they aren't, attempted delivery or undeliverable when no attempt was ever made (we all have cameras now ), and when the concern is brought up the response is "well we have to mark it as something" then when asked why not attempts are made to deliver packages they had no response other than rude comments about our specific neighborhood always complaining. Well, we wouldn't complain if you didn't lose or not deliver our packages!!!! It's not that complicated. Don't say you did something that you actually didn't! Don't routinely lose mail. Don't routinely lose packages. Don't routinely deliver items to the wrong house. Don't act like a toddler when customers are bringing the error to your attention so that it can actually be resolved instead of continuing to happen. Pretty simple. read more

Friendly service, but fail on everything else. During snowy, icy weather they can't be bothered to knock the icicles over the sidewalk down, sidewalk is covered in snow and ice, and their ridiculously small parking lot goes unplowed. Went to mail a package but the desk was closed due to weather, though people could still go in to pick up mail from po box. Paper sign on door directing people to SUMNER post office. Coming here is worse than going to the DOL. It might actually kill the workers to smile and be friendly and it seems as if there is only one woman who actually works, while the rest seem to just sit in back or outside smoking. The pile of packages is always swallowing most of the counter and if you decide to wait in line, even if there are only a couple of people in front of you your bound to wait at least 15 minutes. I realize December is a busy time of year but I feel this experience is pretty consistent year round, although as far as mail delivery goes it only got really bad this October and is still awful. They open at 8:30 but the counter is not open til 9, I got there at 8:30 and by the time the counter opened at 9 there was a line of at least 10 people. The parking lot is terrible too, spaces are tiny, it's always crowded, and just trying to pull out will probably give you an anxiety attack. read more
