Technically they deliver postal mail in the US so that part of their name is true. We get our mail and packagers from them, is also true. Do they jam boxes in to our mailbox, yes. Do they sometimes drop a package at the front door, yes technically on occasion. Do they care if it will get wet, nope. Our drive religiously tears up our driveway and is the reason I have to fill in ruts the [sub-optimal performer] makes. UPS and FedEx don't sauce half the damage combined. Updating my review. Still 5 stars. Apparently, I'm going to have an annual trip to get enough stamps to mail out my Christmas cards (because I'm always short a few). The line was a little long, which is not unexpected during this time of the year. Everyone is trying to mail things out. One lady was apparently on lunch break so it was just one guy working through the line himself. I could overhear him helping the people in line in front of me, offering helpful suggestions and making sure they got the best options for them. He treated everyone, including myself when it was my turn, with a friendly smile and respect. He seemed to have a great sense of humor. He helped me get the correct postage amount on a card going to Australia and get new Christmas stamps (I'll still probably be short next year, but that's a me issue). Got everything I needed and though the line was long, I feel like I probably only waited about 10 minutes or so. And as before, everyone who uses this post office is nice. I'm still getting the small town vibe, which I love. This is my go-to post office until we move again. read more

My favorite post office. Patient, helpful staff - knowledgeable and efficient. Lines can get long late in the day. Sometimes, though, no line at all! I mail a lot of packages and have tried a lot of local post offices. Enjoy this one the best! read more

The worst USPS ever, the 2 postal workers that are servicing customers on 1/11/24 9-12 have to be the most uneducated, ignorant,illiterate I don't even think they can read, maybe a 6th grade education at best, they really need to hire professionals at this location, why would you even hire these two individuals is beyond me, unless you want your business to fail, what a joke read more

Pretty upset about my mail service. Put 2 weeks hold on mail and specifically marked that I am picking it all up today. They have nothing for me!! I use email usps information delivery to know what is going to be delivered. I know 2 weeks will not for in my mailbox. Apparently they're claiming all of it to be delivered today. Ridiculous!! I had filled out the paperwork twice for my mail hold and in person pickup and then postal service messed up anyway!!! read more

I'm tired of the postal carriers ramming my mail into my box without regards to their contents. It's not unusual for me to find packages and paper mail crammed inside the box mixed up and a crumpled mess. I'm absolutely livid with constant poor customer service. And there's no way to complain at the local level. I tried both National and local numbers and just got the computer run around. The people that work there I have dealt with are awesome. The place is always clean and organized. Do wish they had a machine to buy your own postage but I can always print from home. read more

Tried to bring my stamped packages to counter so they could be given tracking numbers. Clerk refused said she "doesn't do prepaid stuff". This clerk was incompetent and/or lazy. Never encountered this in the 50+ post offices I've been to. read more

Covid has given lots of companies an excuse not to do their jobs & customer service is damn near non-existent which is the case here at this usps office. The African woman working here is rude to other women & works at the pace of a sloth. Packages can only be picked up during certain hours but you also have to wait in line for this sloth to get to you. How does this process prevent the spread of covid? It doesn't.... just an excuse not to do the job they're being paid to do. read more

3rd time this year on package mix up with neighbors. This week I had to contact amazon, look at track#, and finally review my cameras for the time they delivered; wouldn't you believe it? They delivered next door! To my new neighbors! That's how I found my package! I'd like to thank USPS but this is getting ridiculous. You have a job to deliver mail and goods! My my husband went down there to mail a package. They told him they needed to fill out a form to return it. He is dyslexic and illiterate and has struggled his whole life. He tried to explain that to the Philippine postal worker but he didn't care. My husband wrote in big letters because he spins things around and needed to see what he was doing. The postal worker rudely told him that he wrote too big and should have done it all on one label. The postal worker spoke loudly and was embarrassed and humiliated in front of everybody. My husband had one package but the next lady in line had three. The postal worker helped her fill out her paperwork but ignored my husband and refused to help him. He says this is why he goes to the post office on 118th because he has been treated so badly at the Mountain hwy branch. They are rude and act like they don't care about him. read more
