The line was a little long, which is not unexpected during this time of the year. Everyone is trying to mail things out. One lady was apparently on lunch break so it was just one guy working through the line himself. I could overhear him helping the people in line in front of me, offering helpful suggestions and making sure they got the best options for them. He treated everyone, including myself when it was my turn, with a friendly smile and respect. He seemed to have a great sense of humor. He helped me get the correct postage amount on a card going to Australia and get new Christmas stamps (I'll still probably be short next year, but that's a me issue). Got everything I needed and though the line was long, I feel like I probably only waited about 10 minutes or so. And as before, everyone who uses this post office is nice. I'm still getting the small town vibe, which I love. This is my go-to post office until we move again.

Me and my family always send out boxes every summer to our family back home in the Philippines. I…read moremust be honest the service we recieve during box pickup at our home is constantly just rude. I don't ever make reviews like this but it has gotten to a point. The pickup people constantly complain about the load of our boxes, never properly introduce themselves when going into our home, and at times- are understaffed. Had one guy complain about not having a second person and blamed our family on the weight of our boxes like we're responsible for the staffing issues. I also don't like how they constantly change their pickup schedule. We were told 3:30 and they came an hour earlier and was upset that we weren't home as if they didn't notify us sooner about their arrival. They aren't considerate of customer convenience or time. They clearly aren't hired or trained to interact respectfully to customers. We rarely interact with them now and still their behavior in our home just isn't it.

It did get to 90 here, however if the Thai restaurant and other businesses next to them can stay open they should as well. It's a retail store, not a hot kitchen. I asked for a refund, which he told me we would get. I was unable to find another trailer to get my car home to Montana, the whole trip to pick it up was a total loss. I contacted Gal nd the manger many times, after being blown off for 9 days the area manager gave me the worst refund I could imagine, just $91 out of $365 spent. Wow! A faulty trailer, with obvious mechanical issues, ruined my whole trip, and they felt $91 was acceptable. Beyond unacceptable to me. I highly encourage anyone renting to go anywhere but here. They are horrible with customer service and don't care about the customer at all. I've never had such a poor experience, and I hope this place goes out of business. I'd give 0 stars of Google would allow it.
