It seemed my amazon return was to be sealed in the box that I had brought and the person at the counter seemed to go out of her way to make me feel stupid for not paying attention to the amazon instructions. To make matters worse, they gouged me (as punishment I'm sure) by charging me $4.99 plus tax for a single strip of adhesive tape to seal the box. I don't need that kind of grief in my life with so many stores to choose from. I'm hoping it was just a bad day for her. I've also noticed I'm not the first to complain about the tape. Back in September there was a complaint. The manager's response was comical. High-quality material? Expert service? It's tape, not a jet airplane. They have taught me a lesson though: I put packing tape in my glovebox!

She said that wouldn't work for her and walked out. He sarcastically told her to have a good night. The markup is a lot higher than 10%. More like 50%! It was $9 to send a box to downtown Olympia when it's only $5 at the post office. He tried telling me it was the size of the box but it was a small one. I felt like I was being ripped off so I asked for a refund. He said they don't give refunds but he'd do it that one time. I won't be returning to Mr. Postman.

I went there with a "copy" project that needed to be done. I had two things that needed to be…read moreenlarged on a copier and a set of plans that I needed to copies of. I was there on a Monday afternoon and was told that it would be ready on Wednesday. They said I could pay extra and have it done immediately, or wait for them to do it, which would make it ready on Wednesday. I didn't need them immediately so I said Wednesday would be fine. They said keep an eye on your email because if they're done early, will let you know. I didn't receive an email so I went there on Wednesday afternoon to pick them up at which time they told me they were not ready but I could come back at 7 PM and they would be ready. I decided not to go back that night at 7 PM, but I went the next morning around 8:30 AM and guess what they still were not done. In fact, they hadn't even been started yet. So I had to wait and the young lady behind the counter did the project for me. I asked to speak to the manager, whose name was Shawn. I explained the situation to him, and he proceeded to tell me that it was my fault for expecting them to be done at the last minute?? I told him I didn't understand because I came in on Monday and they told me I could pick them up on Wednesday not that I said I needed them by Wednesday. He told me there is never a set time when projects will be finished; you just have to watch for the email that says they are finished. I feel like if I waited for an email I would be waiting still to this day. That manager, Shawn was absolutely useless and had no customer service abilities. Mind you I wasn't asking for anything from him, just letting him know the situation. You can imagine, I will not be back to this location or probably any location for this kind of need. Moving forward I'll most likely find another place that can do the job in a timely manner.

She was so kind about the mistake. We had another great experience in May and then today she helped us with a big and complicated series of signatures. Her mobile office makes it super efficient to work with her and she's super attentive to detail. In our case, it's been a tough year with declining health of a family member and the circumstances of the signing are tough - but Kim's sparkling personality makes the experience so much easier.
