I like that you just stick your card in and print to your hearts content. And I think they have a prepay kiosk or something now which I'm unsure of how it works. I'm glad that they are open late, if not 24 hrs, because sometimes in the middle of the night you just need to make copies of old letters or photos and such. The prices are really reasonable as well. For anyone who hasn't used machines where you stick your credit card in and then print there could be a small learning curve but once you get the hang of things it's smooth sailing from then. Don't worry, you can use cash too.

I've been using this store for years (they had always provided great service) but was surprised…read moretoday when the service was less than stellar. It seemed my amazon return was to be sealed in the box that I had brought and the person at the counter seemed to go out of her way to make me feel stupid for not paying attention to the amazon instructions. To make matters worse, they gouged me (as punishment I'm sure) by charging me $4.99 plus tax for a single strip of adhesive tape to seal the box. I don't need that kind of grief in my life with so many stores to choose from. I'm hoping it was just a bad day for her. I've also noticed I'm not the first to complain about the tape. Back in September there was a complaint. The manager's response was comical. High-quality material? Expert service? It's tape, not a jet airplane. They have taught me a lesson though: I put packing tape in my glovebox!

I am extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism and customer service at this location…read more As a regular customer who frequently drops off packages here, I was turned away when bringing in my shipments, only to be confronted with a newly posted sign arbitrarily limiting drop-offs to six packages per customer for USPS. When I politely mentioned that it would have been helpful to receive advance notice of this sudden policy change--especially since the staff falsely claimed the sign had been up for a week--the older, tall employee with white hair was entirely dismissive and rude. Instead of offering a simple courtesy like accepting the packages this one time while kindly making me aware of the new rule going forward, he rudely snapped, "Well, you see it now, don't you?" and dismissively claimed the packages would probably just sit there for a couple of days anyway. If a business offers drop-off services for carriers like USPS, UPS, and FedEx, capping the volume defeats the entire purpose of the service. Treating loyal customers with open hostility and refusing basic customer courtesy is completely unacceptable. While the younger male employee who works here has always been exceptionally kind and professional, this older gentleman makes using this facility an unpleasant experience. Given the poor attitude and arbitrary limitations, I strongly recommend taking your shipping needs elsewhere
