I had to get a notary and decided to come here, as I came here for a lot of my shipping needs. Well this marks the last day that I came here. The notary, Andrew, missed up and didn't make his name clear enough. I came in the next day to ask if he could fix it. His response was to try and "fix" the eligibility of his name. To which I sent it in and told me that it had to be clearer still. Even coming up to him and saying that he needed to fix his problem, I still needed to be charged for another signature. PLEASE DO NOT come to this establishment if you're in the need of a notary. Most banks will have a FREE notary if you need one signed. I went to mine and had absolutely no issue. read more

I had a package shipped here without having to pay for a mailbox (due to the fact I won't be in the area for long), was quoted a $3 receiving fee instead. My wife and I have used Lacey Pack & Ship for years. Today after mailing something there for about $12.00, I asked to use the bathroom. I was told, "No. We don't have public restrooms!" I asked where employees went when they needed to use the bathroom. Angela replied that they use the one in the back. She suggested I go to Fred Meyers, where I made no purchase, and use their bathroom. Ms. Anderson, I am a 68-year old retired public school teacher. I believe my appearance and demeanor would make it obvious that I was not asking for a private space to do drugs or destroy the facility. Your mean and short sighted policy which does not permit paying customers to use your bathroom is totally unacceptable. Know that we nor any of our friends and acquaintances will not longer be patrons of Lacey Pack and Ship. read more

I've been going to this store since 2001. The owners, and there have been several, are always nice and their staff friendly. I even rent a mail box from them. They may charge more for some items but as a small shop I expect this as they have to make a living. I've never had any issues and they have always quoted several shipping costs and delivery dates. I don't understand some folks not being happy. They offer great service and try very hard to please everyone. Keep up the good work. read more

Decided to give this store a second try. Won't make that mistake again. The guy told me he couldn't scan the QR code for shipping that Amazon sent me for a return but I could email the label and he would print and send for me. Then this lady took over and charged me to print the label. I have no issue paying it but would like to know I'm being charged for something BEFORE hand. When I said something g the lady came back with "I wish we could work for free but we can't." I never asked for anything for free. Would just like to know prior to you expecting additional money. read more

I needed to ship a large (12 Bay) hard drive tower and one of the two employees at the counter, (B. J.) quickly created a custom shipping box for it at a very reasonable price. He next calculated the least expensive shipper and took care of the whole process, courteously, cheerfully and simply did a great job. After he had taped everything up and was ready to ship, I realize that I'd cleverly forgotten to pack the power cord and a thunderbolt cable which meant he would have to open the whole thing up and seal it before shipping it. I offered to give and 10 dollars to do that for me as I really needed to get it out swiftly but he politely declined and took care of it on the spot before I even left the store. Because of his spectacularly terrific service, Lacey Pack and Ship, will henceforth be my "go-to shipper" as long as I'm living in this area. Highly, highly recommended. read more

I've rented a mailbox here for several years now and agree that the staff has always been very pleasant and accommodating. I can't comment on their other services pertaining to prices or expediency as I haven't yet had the opportunity to use them. As a mailbox service, they are excellent as they've allowed me to receive large packages, hold packages for extended periods of time, and promptly notify me electronically of packages received. Using a private mailbox service such as this makes so much more sense than having packages delivered to a residence and having all the problems of getting things stolen as is so prevalent nowadays. read more

Used to be very impressed until today - lost a long term customer. Paid for Fed Ex delivery to Oregon - snail mail would have been faster and cheaper. The expected delivery date was June 15, but package didn't arrive until the 21st. According to Fed Ex, LP&S should refund the shipping cost since I paid LP&S, but the manager refuses. This place is a complete rip off! Went there about 1 month ago for small packages and what would of cost me $3 at the post office cost me $5. Decided to give them one more chance, first calling ahead asking if they mark up the flat rate prices and he just said they do whatever is in the computer, so I went on my lunch break and when the guy told me my total was $19 and some change, when the post office would of been $13.60. No thanks, I will just go to the post office from now on lesson learned read more

I wouldn't trust them ever again for making copies or copies of keys. And I especially would not recommend their shipping services. Take your packages directly to FedEx. Should your goods be damaged or lost by the carrier, you cannot file an insurance claim even though you paid extra for the insurance! By paying Lacey Pack & Ship to make the shipping arrangements with a commercial carrier, you have made Lacey Pack & Ship the sender and thus you have relinquished your ownership rights. You will need to provide Lacey Pack & Ship proof that the contents were worth the declared value so that they may file the claim on your behalf. I was informed, five months later, by Theresa, my paid agent and the owner of Lacey Pack & Ship, that FedEx finally settled the claim and she was writing a check and mailing it to me. The settlement amount was over 60% less than the declared and proven value I had insured it for! Theresa blamed FedEx for the lengthy and drawn out process to settle the insurance claim. She even said she wondered why they offered insurance if they were not going to honor it. I contacted FedEx to express how unhappy I was with the process and the outcome. Imagine my shock when I was informed by the FedEx corporate office that they had cut a check to Lacey Pack & Ship for the amount of the declared value within 2 weeks of the claim being filed! In my opinion, Lacey Pack & Ship acted not only unprofessional but unethical, as well. They have a fax machine and a notary public, and you may think the clerks are 'adorably cute' but BEWARE, they are not great nor are they inexpensive! Theresa also posted 5 star reviews about her businesses on google and Facebook. How sad! read more
