This is my go-to place for any kind of mailings: USPS, FedEx, UPS. They also do auto tabs, that I renew here. Employees are always friendly and helpful no matter the time of year or hour of the day. They will also pack your items to be mailed for a small fee. Well worth it when you're in a hurry. The location is sometimes difficult to drive in and out of when traffic is backed up on Harrison heading towards downtown, but there's a back way in from Division that makes it much better read more

The folks at this place are just hands-down awesome in the realm of customer service. Not only did they help me shrink down my slightly-too-large pieces of paper so they'd fax properly, but they didn't even charge me for the copies - a great quantity of which were generated in the course of attempting to coax the copier to duplicate my troublesome document to exacting specifications. After spending a large amount of time making free copies for me, the employees didn't complain at all as my job tied up the fax machine for a billion years, and checked on the machine frequently for me to make sure everything was going smoothly. Awesome folks, and my faxing services were the standard $1 per page. Also, I don't know if this is the sort of thing you need, but I saw a sign that said they'd shred your incoming mail for you for only a dollar a pound. Wow. read more

I had a good feeling about this company when they were trying to help after a Kinkos/FedEx location rejected my packaging and they offered to reinforce the box for $3. Seemed like quite a deal! Unfortunately my trouble started when I asked if I could have the rate for the delivery. The salespeople said that since they were using a FedEx account number, the rate would have to be determined when the driver picked the package up. Fair enough, I didn't want them to generate the label themselves as I know they include a surcharge, and I was trying to get the discount provided by using a FedEx account, not tack on additional 3rd-party charges. Being on a budget, I would think that when the FedEx ground driver didn't pick up the package, they would have called me to pick up my package. But unfortunately, the salespeople thought it would be fit to just slap a FedEx express label on it and have it AIRMAILED. The package was HUGE and the contents worth very little, and I was absolutely trying to ship it the CHEAPEST WAY POSSIBLE. This was all done WITHOUT ASKING ME, and I only learned about it after I called THEM to see what had happened since the whole thing about not knowing how much it would cost until after it was picked up concerned me. They could have at least called me to ask! Or even called me to tell me the package wasn't shipped ground. Please don't put labels to upgrade shipping services on your customer's packages without getting their PRIOR CONSENT, as it wasn't me who's FedEx account it was, but my poor mother's, who I'm afraid could have a heart attack when she sees a bill for shipping that is nearly THREE TIMES what she expected. To add insult to injury, the salesperson I spoke with that told me they had upgraded the shipping without asking seemed to feel some responsibility and offered to pay for half of the cost. I thought this was nice, and would have let it go at that. Unfortunately, when I called back and asked how we could receive the refund, the owner answered and said that he would not accept responsibility for his employee's unethical conduct. At this point, I was furious and hung up the phone on the owner after screaming some unmentionables, and filed a claim with the WA State Attorney General. I contacted FedEx, who said they would reimburse me, and is likely to do an investigation into the situation which may impair Package Express' ability to be a FedEx drop-off facility. I just left a review with the BBB explaining what happened, and I may file a claim with the BBB if I am not compensated through FedEx. I figured Yelp was a good place to end my tirade, so other every-day people could know NOT TO LEAVE FEDEX PACKAGES WITH YOUR ACCOUNT NUMBER ON THEM AT THIS BUSINESS! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED! read more

Very easy one stop shop for mailing and packaging needs! If you need something notarized or to renew you vehicles tags they can help. If you're into disc golf, check out the wall of discs as you walk in. Generally prompt, always courteous and helpful. This is my first thought for whenever I have something to mail. I had to ship a piece of luggage my brother left here back to Ohio. The package express showed me all the rates for different services they use. Still half as much as the quote from the post office! Never mailed anything here, but this is a review for the Disc Golf Shop inside the store. The staff here is very friendly and very willing to help you out. They give great tips on technique as well as advice on disc selection. Both guys in the shop have been playing for 8+ years, so they are very knowledgeable. Met them out on the course a couple times and played a round. Stand-up people and a great little shop where you can get your local disc golf needs. What can I say? I have been to this establishment a couple of times and everyone has always been courteous, smiled, and was efficient. They do a variety of services from renewing tabs to serving as a pick up location for some parcels I receive. They always seem to be sufficiently staffed and very nice and try to move the queue along quickly. I do not play frisbee golf but it looks like they have a big selection of discs. read more

I missed a textbook delivery that required a signature and I had to retrieve it here. Luckily I also had an outgoing package I needed to send off. Everyone is incredibly friendly and helpful here. this place is weird. i'm pretty sure that it's illegal to charge extra for postage, but i'm pretty damn sure they do. i used to have a postbox there and it was fine service, but always felt awkward. i'm not sure why, since they are very friendly and have (or at least used to have) things like hot cider for everybody in the wintertime. but i still always made my partner go get the mail, because i never wanted to go there. read more

The staff is friendly, helpful and interested in making your mailing, packing, shipping ( a variety of shapes and sized packages) and all licensing super easy and convenient....plus no long waiting in line like at the post office.
