It seemed my amazon return was to be sealed in the box that I had brought and the person at the counter seemed to go out of her way to make me feel stupid for not paying attention to the amazon instructions. To make matters worse, they gouged me (as punishment I'm sure) by charging me $4.99 plus tax for a single strip of adhesive tape to seal the box. I don't need that kind of grief in my life with so many stores to choose from. I'm hoping it was just a bad day for her. I've also noticed I'm not the first to complain about the tape. Back in September there was a complaint. The manager's response was comical. High-quality material? Expert service? It's tape, not a jet airplane. They have taught me a lesson though: I put packing tape in my glovebox!

I like that you just stick your card in and print to your hearts content. And I think they have a prepay kiosk or something now which I'm unsure of how it works. I'm glad that they are open late, if not 24 hrs, because sometimes in the middle of the night you just need to make copies of old letters or photos and such. The prices are really reasonable as well. For anyone who hasn't used machines where you stick your credit card in and then print there could be a small learning curve but once you get the hang of things it's smooth sailing from then. I went there with a "copy" project that needed to be done. I had two things that needed to be…read moreenlarged on a copier and a set of plans that I needed to copies of. I was there on a Monday afternoon and was told that it would be ready on Wednesday. They said I could pay extra and have it done immediately, or wait for them to do it, which would make it ready on Wednesday. I didn't need them immediately so I said Wednesday would be fine. They said keep an eye on your email because if they're done early, will let you know. I didn't receive an email so I went there on Wednesday afternoon to pick them up at which time they told me they were not ready but I could come back at 7 PM and they would be ready. I decided not to go back that night at 7 PM, but I went the next morning around 8:30 AM and guess what they still were not done. In fact, they hadn't even been started yet. So I had to wait and the young lady behind the counter did the project for me. I asked to speak to the manager, whose name was Shawn. I explained the situation to him, and he proceeded to tell me that it was my fault for expecting them to be done at the last minute?? I told him I didn't understand because I came in on Monday and they told me I could pick them up on Wednesday not that I said I needed them by Wednesday. He told me there is never a set time when projects will be finished; you just have to watch for the email that says they are finished. I feel like if I waited for an email I would be waiting still to this day. That manager, Shawn was absolutely useless and had no customer service abilities. Mind you I wasn't asking for anything from him, just letting him know the situation. You can imagine, I will not be back to this location or probably any location for this kind of need. Moving forward I'll most likely find another place that can do the job in a timely manner.
