They don't update there tracking package so that you know when your package will be delivered my package was supposed to arrive yesterday and then when I asked where is my package they couldn't tell me and the track package says it's still in Oregon wouldn't recommend this company read more

Do NOT use this shipping place! I shipped two packages (large envelopes) in the morning. One UPS next day air for $80. It arrived in Calif two days later!!!! Said it was picked up the next day! The second envelope shipped on the same day sent USPS Priority mail and it arrived 5 days later. They would NOT refund the money. I believe they didn't get the packages to UPS or USPS on the day I was there!!!! Neither the owner or the employee called back! I called three times. Do not use this shipping place! read more

The employee (or perhaps owner/manager) does not WEAR A MASK despite the requirement during a pandemic. There is no plexi-glass screen at the counter. This person is violating the health mandate and appears totally unconcerned about the safety of others. This business should be closed down until there is compliance. No Stars! I've been a customer of this store for many years. It used to be a friendly place to do business. However, I will never do business with them again. Within the last year I've been there three times, the last time was today. The man working at the counter is rude. There were two customers ahead of me, both with issues that took a lot of time. Stopped by because it was on my way. This was rough. Went in, was greeted politely. Explained I needed a notary and to FEDEX something along with a prepaid FEDEX envelope. Was told no notary available (On a weekday at 3pm) and that they could not do a prepaid FEDEX envelope. Then she just stared at me. Package Express has a high mark-up rate. It cost me $8 to mail a 1lb package to Seattle. However, it only cost me $10 to mail a 10lb package to Seattle at Mr. Postman. Even though Package Express is conveniently located, I'll be going elsewhere. read more

Package Express in Lacey WA is price gouging customers. Example; first class postage for a medium size padded envelope (6oz) to WV (United States Post office is $1.92.) (Price at Package Express is $4.30) (Difference is $2.38) Proof of actual difference is documented with both USPS & Package Express. When asked why, person behind counter Quote; "This is not the Post Office" "Very unprofessional" and greatly doing a disservice to the general public. Package Express also charges .50 cents per package that online postal customers bring in that don't need any further processing, all that is needed is to drop off at a postal pickup destination, (which happens that Package Express provides), then only needs to maybe scanned and place into a cart, postal worker then continues process after that. This is just one example, but to times that by 100's of customers per week is greatly over charging. Not only is this hurting people's pockets, but most people that use Package Express might get the idea that this is a normal pricing for, (or) using actual United States Postal Service, which may cause them to use a different form of shipping. I liked the location of this place being that it's down the street from my house, but they mark up the price way too much. A package that I usually pay $3-4 for was $8-9 here. I can't afford that~ and I'm not going to charge my customers extra money to ship them their products. read more

Best service anywhere. I like the personalized attention and that I can rely on their private mailboxes to keep my mail secure. Yes, it might cost a couple of dollars more to mail a package, but I weigh that against standing in the longer lines at the Lacey post office. It is not true that you cannot mail your APO during December. Like the regular postal service, if you think your package will get to any APO when you mail it between the 10th and 20th of December, then you are living in fantasy land anyway. I always mail my APO there and have never, ever had any problems! read more

There is a sign posted that packages cannot be mailed to APO addresses during several weeks of December. I understand that it takes an extra 60-90 seconds to complete an electronic customs form; however, the blatant lack of support of our United States military is egregious. Apparently getting the fruit cake to Aunt Mildred is WAY more important than supporting the service members who are away from their families during the holidays defending our freedom. I have been going here for a long time and loved this place especially when the two women worked there but they're apparently not there anymore. They would go above and beyond to try to find you different ways and cheaper ways to mail your packages. I recently mailed out a package in a USPS priority mail box that is normally $18 to mail out if you went to the post office but the line was terribly long So I went to package express thinking I'd only have to pay a few dollars fee for them to do it. well ended up being almost $30. It's $19 to mail out a prioritymail large box so that means package express has an almost $10 fee to mail that out for you ? I couldn't believe it was that much money. So I will not be going back there anymore and sending any of my Priority Mail Packages or others through them. That is an outrageous price. I know they need to make a buck but wow. Also they say they have a notary but the notary is hardly ever available you're better off going to a bank. read more
