Not only was I uncomfortable sending money to a business I couldn't visit, but they also tried raising the price $500 over our agreed upon price I signed a contract for. Bumble Bee was the exact same price, local, didn't change the price on me and provided excellent communication both before, during and after the vehicle was dropped off. I'd most definitely recommend Keli and Bumble Bee Auto Transport if you need to ship a vehicle but I also think they do other transports as well.

Unfortunately, the situation quickly got worse. Their tow truck ended up getting stuck as well, which forced them to call in a second truck. By the time everything was over, the damage to our property was significant. Our driveway was torn up, access to our farm equipment was impacted, our garage area was left in poor condition, and several trees were damaged. What's even more concerning is how this was handled afterward. When I called to report the damage and request that it be addressed, management refused to take my call. After multiple attempts, my number was blocked. I had to use a different phone just to get through, and even then, management would not speak directly with me and stated they would not take responsibility. This level of service and lack of accountability is unacceptable. Mistakes can happen, but refusing to communicate or make things right is a serious issue. I would strongly caution others before using this company.

I did a search with Yelp in my home area & tried some with no success, then tried Capitol Towing & Recovery although the coverage map did include Ocean Shores, and the guy on call said no problem.
