For nearly 9 months now, I have been either getting only one can or the other emptied, sometimes neither. I havent been able to get these guys to pick my recycling for a month now..... so now I am having to pay SOMEONE else $40 to come to my home and take my recycling to the dump. I ALREADY PAID MASON COUNTY GARBAGE TO DO IT, and discussed this problem with them several times before. To be clear, this company has taken money for a service that they are not providing. Some would call that FRAUD, while others call that THEFT. My advice would be to hire a private contractor to take care of your garbage removal ( or take it to the dump yourself ). These people are unreliable, unprofessional, and a scam.
