Their truck and trailer are well maintained, so they're not an eyesore on your property--for you or your neighbors. The team kept the loading area neat and organized, and they handled everything efficiently and with care. It didn't sound like a demolition derby while they were loading the trailer, which is a big plus if you work from home. Pricing felt very fair for the quality of service provided. They showed up on time, communicated clearly throughout the job, and left the worksite clean when they were finished. It's clear Tyler takes pride in his business and treats his crew well, too. I would highly recommend Olympic!

For nearly 9 months now, I have been either getting only one can or the other emptied, sometimes neither. I havent been able to get these guys to pick my recycling for a month now..... so now I am having to pay SOMEONE else $40 to come to my home and take my recycling to the dump. I ALREADY PAID MASON COUNTY GARBAGE TO DO IT, and discussed this problem with them several times before. To be clear, this company has taken money for a service that they are not providing. Some would call that FRAUD, while others call that THEFT. My advice would be to hire a private contractor to take care of your garbage removal ( or take it to the dump yourself ). These people are unreliable, unprofessional, and a scam.
