I've been using Bella Casa to clean my home for several years now. They do a great job and I'd highly recommend.

I had the pleasure of working with Randy. We needed repairs done in our master bathroom, where the roof had failed, and left a huge mold spot on our ceiling. The spores had also spread over time, and left a musty smell in the house. Randy was very professional, showed up on-time for our initial consultation, and honest about his assessment. Admittedly, it took us a couple of weeks before we reached out to schedule an appointment (life happens!), and we were pleasantly surprised that Randy was unavailable due to business travel regarding mold solutions - that's a man dedicated to his job! There ended up being a scheduling conflict with the original work day, but Randy called us to make sure we would be okay with the slight delay. He still finished the work well within our time frame, and we are thoroughly happy with the results! The ceiling looks great now and there's no more musty smell in the house!

They were wonderful to work with, responsive, honest and diligent from scheduling to actual evaluation. We really appreciated Artemio's honest assessment and advice. They are a trustworthy company and do not operate by taking on any job solely to make money. After we ripped up the entire carpeted space and treated it--I wanted info from a professional to see if there was anything else that we needed to do before getting the affected slab ground down and polished. I spoke with several companies who were unhelpful over the phone or charging ridiculous fees just to come out and provide an estimate. Mathew, the owner of Puget Sound Water Rescue was timely in his responsiveness over the Yelp App (on a Sunday afternoon) and ultimately provided us the perspective and information that we needed to determine whether or not professional remediation services were warranted at this point. Ultimately we determined with his help that they were not. Despite the fact that we did not end up hiring (anyone), his knowledge, honesty, and helpfulness were 5 stars worthy. He did not try to upsell and seemed very transparent in his assessment. A few other water companies had pressured us to start an insurance claim there and then, saying the work would be more than our $5k deductible. Matthew told us that the water was very small and could be dried out with some DIY strategies. He then also looked at another issue we had and provided honest unbiased information about plumbers and contractors. He also provided a lot of small tips to prevent moisture and leaks in the future. I recommend Matthew as your first call and will definitely seek him out for future water damage needs.

Having been through insurance-related water damage before, I knew I needed a construction company I could truly trust. Boulder Peak was the sixth company I interviewed--and the last. The moment Moses explained that they work directly with insurance companies, I was sold. He came prepared with an incredibly detailed estimate using the same software insurance adjusters use and fought hard on our behalf, from securing two coats of paint when insurance wanted to cover only one, to submitting change orders to bring our electrical up to code. Moses and Helaina were also fantastic design partners. They guided us through every decision, created multiple 3D renderings, and were endlessly patient when we changed our minds (more than once!). They even designed custom shower glass to accommodate our upgraded bench. The crew's workmanship was pristine--and that's saying a lot because I'm very particular. Today, we couldn't be happier with our new bathroom. I would 100% recommend Boulder Peak to anyone needing construction work, insurance-related or otherwise.

They took the time to investigate the problem thoroughly. Moses, the owner, brought in a certified structural engineer and identified that the garage hadn't been built to code, which contributed to the damage. They explained the scope of work clearly, including the need to rebuild the front of the garage and the deck above it to resolve both the structural and waterproofing issues. While their estimate wasn't the lowest, they were transparent about pricing and focused on doing the job properly rather than just a quick patch. Mauro, who led the on-site work, was methodical and took real pride in his craftsmanship. The crew stayed focused on our project instead of jumping between jobs, and they communicated well, always checking in about schedules and making sure things worked on our end. The repaired garage looks brand new. More importantly, it's solid and dry even after several rains. When some old wall stains resurfaced, they promptly returned to confirm there were no leaks, and repainted the area just to keep things perfect. We've already recommended this company to a friend and plan to work with them again next year. Moses, Helaina, Mauro, and the whole team were professional, communicative, and reliable from start to finish.

Jesus and Brandon were respectful of the space -- for example, when they had to take down some heavy closet doors and lean them against a wall, they put a cloth between the doors and the wall so as not to scratch the wall. They suggested fixes that in my mind went above and beyond, such as putting a layer of primer on the sheathing to help it resist moisture, should my roof leak again in the future. Hopefully I'll never need them again in the future, but if I do, they'll be the ones I call first.

After that experience, I question both the company's substantive knowledge and their ethics. First, they used some pressuring tactics to try to get me to sign on for their services right away. They urged me to make a homeowners insurance claim right away, saying that the work would surely be more than my $5k deductible. I asked what if we just took some remediation efforts without a claim, and they said just having a dehumidifier and fan in here for several days would already run $3k so I might as well file the claim. They otherwise would not offer an actual estimate for anything. The next day when they reached out to follow up, I said I didn't think it was worth it to file a claim and be out $5k. They then miraculously said they could do remediation for $2-$3k without a claim. I also had them look at another area of the house where we had some mystery water but was now visibly dry. I thought it came from outside rain. The technician said we had a leak and needed a plumber. I got a plumber in later who removed dry wall to look for the leak. There wasn't one. The plumber seemed really trustworthy and replaced a part just in case and was not $$$. But seemed to badly reflect on Robinson.
