The investigator basically called it a BS claim saying with a tone of disbelief "I see no support of what is being claimed and no reason for me to remove the children from your home today". Very professional man, but I work in mental health, and know the subtext of our professional speak. So now I have this investigation permanently on my background record. I work with severely vulnerable populations and do probono care for the homeless through a charity. Now when they, insurance companies, my licensing board, and my malpractice do their deep background check on me they will see a claim of catastrophic neglect of my children on my record. This can severely impact me financially and impair my financial future. I also am on the board of directors for two professional associations in my profession. This could impact that. I am politically active and will impact my political aspirations. This has damaged my future in so many ways and it was COMPLETELY false! I am so livid with this company. My neighbor who feeds my cats and has been in my home on multiple occasions is a lawyer and is getting me the information for a friend of his who works in this area of personal & professional injury so you will be hearing from him.
