5 Stars Fantastic!…read more Karla and her talented crew went above and beyond on our home's deep clean. She gave us a great bid, and her communication was clear and kept me informed. Her organized and friendly crew arrived and transformed my home! The appliances are gleaming and the shower glass looks new! Every where I looked, furniture polished, curio cabinets cleaned, toilets like new, stainless appliances restored! She even handed a miscommunication that was totally my fault with grace and understanding! They are my go-to from now on, I'm recommending Rodriguez Cleaning to everyone. Thanks Karla and crew! American Maid truly has gone above and beyond on ensuring my home looks spotless every time!…read moreThroughout the years, American Maid has carefully listened and acted on my OCD level of cleaning. Ever since about 2010, I've used American Maid as my go-to cleaning service. Carol's and Desiree's teams have always been unbelievably nice, detailed and so easy to talk to! They're very focused on the specific cleaning needs like my grill or removing bad odor because of my dogs(which the maids absolutely love lol). Another thing I like is how Mindy knows my name every time I call. It's like they know me on a personal basis, making me feel more comfortable and treats me like we're friends. The cost, however, is not the cheapest. The last cleaning that was done costed almost $300, but it's well worth it because I always request 4-5 star cleanings. American Maid is my only cleaning company I'll use. Staff are amazing and my house is always clean. They definitely deserve 5 stars!

I am pretty torn writing this, because I was a regular customer of Tierra Eco Cleaning for nearly 4…read moreyears. Throughout the 4 years, they did a good job, when they came. They are pretty unreliable and even after repeated requests to give me a 2-3 day heads up before they came through the years, they would continue to send me confirmations the evening before an 8am call time. I let it go and continued to use them after so many years because I genuinely liked Rosa and her team, and thought they did a good job 90% of the time. It became super inconvenient since I started to work from home over COVID-19. Rosa became SUPER unresponsive to texts. Before she would at least answer me a couple days after I texted her to schedule, now, after COVID-19, she only responds a month later for an appointment for the next morning. I don't understand how anyone can schedule with her consistently because of these communication issues. I tried addressing it with her multiple times and even said if you just schedule me every month on the same day, that would even work better so I can know when they are coming ahead of time. She responded right away after this last message and said she would look at her schedule the next day and work on the communication issue. She hasn't followed up with her schedule and it has been several months now. So needless to say, she lost a monthly customer. I also referred a few friends to her and embarrassingly, she no showed on them! Not worth the time, stress, or hassle in trying to get her to come.

I can honestly say that this was the best cleaning job I've ever had done, and I've had 7 other…read morecleaners here in the last several years (it is NOT easy to find a quality cleaner, my home/office requires a 'white-glove' clean as i have to keep it spotless for clients- Rosa and her daughters totally delivered and then some). Also Rosa just has a great, comfortable 'vibe', her daughters are adorable and all 3 did an IMPECCABLE job. In fact, they even vacuumed completely under the bed. I did not expect that as its a large bed and no other cleaner has done that (nor did I ask). Rosa says that she enjoys cleaning- I believe this to be true. She obviously takes great pride in her work and is most pleasant to be around. They also did that fancy thing with folding the toilet paper like they do in upscale hotels (it was a nice touch!), not to mention she showed up exactly on time. I'm not a real stickler for that but definitely took notice. Rosa and her girls get my highest possible recommendation. And honestly I'm relieved because I tried 4 other cleaners from this site, 3 of which left much to be desired (i had to finish the cleaning) and the 4th did a very good job but then blew off our second appointment. You would be very hard pressed to find a better housecleaning team than Tierra Eco Cleaning Service, and her price for the level of quality provided simply cannot be beat. Need I say more?

She stated that it was $30 an hour per girl and that there would be 2 of them. I scheduled for her to clean today. They were supposed to come at 2:30 but showed up at noon. I had to work and left $ with my babysitter. I let my sitter no that it may be $90 ( if the girls stayed for an hour and a half or $120 (for 2 hours). Sabrina and her employee came and speed cleaned my house for 1 hour and charged $100. They did an awful job because clearly an hour is not long ago to clean a house! I really had hoped they would stay for 2 hours and do a good job! When I messaged her about it being more than we discussed she let me know that she had a $115 minimum for Olympia clients and that she gave me a discount! WHAT!?! This was never discussed when we met. And.... if she had a minimum of $115 they should have stayed for 2 hours and did a better job. The owner as absolutely rude, and said maybe we were not a good fit? Why, because she ripped me off and did awful work? I'm so confused!

Yes, yes and yes! 5 Stars and beyond!…read more Candid Cleaning is fast, thorough and a great price! I used Candid Cleaning for a move out clean on a 3 bedroom, 3 bath house today and I couldn't be happier! I could see the quality in their work immediately when I walked into the house. It smelled wonderful and not overpowering with chemicals. Sabrina is so great to work with. She was flexible with our changing schedule, she checked in with me the day before the appointment to confirm everything, arrived on time, and her final price was the same price she quoted. She and another employee had my house shining from top to bottom in less than 3 hours. I am so grateful for Sabrina and her team because moving is rough and I couldn't bare the idea of having to clean after packing and moving for two days. I will definitely be using Candid Cleaning again in the future and I recommend others do too. Thank you Candid Cleaning Team!!
