In my capacity as a property…read moremanager I have worked with MANY companies over the years and find CleanTech to be the Best Value by far. Betty, the owner is Responsive, Honest and Flexible. She has gone out of her way to accommodate my wide ranging needs multiple times and swiftly addressed every issue I have ever had. I never thought I would be able to afford ongoing cleaning service, CleanTech proved me wrong.

We really tried to give this cleaning service a fair chance, but the quality was never there. Our…read morehome is only about 700 to 800 square feet, and even after increasing the cleaning time from 2 hours to 3 hours, the house still wasn't clean. There were always cobwebs and dust left around the house, the kitchen rug was never vacuumed even though we asked every time, and simple notes were misunderstood. We asked for the stove to be cleaned and she cleaned the oven instead, which felt like wasted time. This was with biweekly cleanings, so it wasn't like she was walking into a home that had been neglected. At the very first cleaning, we pointed out that there was spaghetti sauce on the wall in the bathroom and expected it to be cleaned. When it was missed and we asked about it, she said she thought we were joking. There was no reason for us to joke about that, and it showed us that instructions were not being taken seriously from the start. We were told when we signed up that if we ever needed a quick, last-minute cleaning, all we had to do was ask. When we actually requested a same-day 2 hour cleaning, we were made to feel like 2 hours wasn't worth their time or travel, which went against what we were originally told. The house also didn't smell clean after cleanings because the cleaner herself had a strong body odor that lingered in the house. Our last appointment was a no call, no show, and later we were told they were out of town at a dog show. That was the final straw. We can clean our home ourselves in about an hour and do a much better job. Unfortunately, we cannot recommend this service. Edit: you did offer a free cleaning. But why would I expect you to do a better job cleaning for free vs when I was paying for it? Your time to shine and retain me as a customer was when I was paying for your services, not after I fired you. You've already shown me the quality of service that you have to offer. There's no reason to waste anyone's time with a "free cleaning". I've been getting the "free cleaning" quality the entire time. And not once were we ever given a reminder text about our appointment. I had to reach out every time to confirm our appointment. While communicating with Betty it was always very short answers. Sometimes just no response at all. The lack of communication and quality of service makes is nit good for business

I called a few places and got a few quotes and MPL gave me the best offer and admittedly, the friendliest estimate I had received. The service I was expecting was so much more than I thought what an initial deep clean would mean. I thought they would just do a more in depth cleaning but they even cleaned the walls of fingerprints and marks. I have kept them on as regular cleaning help and have not been let down.

American Maid truly has gone above and beyond on ensuring my home looks spotless every time!…read moreThroughout the years, American Maid has carefully listened and acted on my OCD level of cleaning. Ever since about 2010, I've used American Maid as my go-to cleaning service. Carol's and Desiree's teams have always been unbelievably nice, detailed and so easy to talk to! They're very focused on the specific cleaning needs like my grill or removing bad odor because of my dogs(which the maids absolutely love lol). Another thing I like is how Mindy knows my name every time I call. It's like they know me on a personal basis, making me feel more comfortable and treats me like we're friends. The cost, however, is not the cheapest. The last cleaning that was done costed almost $300, but it's well worth it because I always request 4-5 star cleanings. American Maid is my only cleaning company I'll use. Staff are amazing and my house is always clean. They definitely deserve 5 stars!

Immediately upon arrival they let us know they liked our dogs and that gave them a lovely glow! I'm kidding of course but it demonstrated their ability to handle interruption! They looked around, gave us a bid and got to work. Much to our surprise they took down 2 large stained glass window frames hanging over the windows so they could clean the windows correctly. No one had ever bothered with that before. After an efficient time they said they were done and then with one outside and one in they went over ever single window to be sure each side was done to the satisfaction.
