Sure, prices have gone up everywhere, but the difference is that they raised the price twice without prior notification. We forgave the fact that they partnered with a felon because everyone deserves second chances. But the straw that broke the camel's back was the billing question explanation that ewe got charged for an extra hour because they started (also without prior notice) charging for a flat fee for 3 or 4 hours - regardless of time worked. So they tried to charge 4 hours for 3 hours of work. Enough is enough.

Ever since about 2010, I've used American Maid as my go-to cleaning service. Carol's and Desiree's teams have always been unbelievably nice, detailed and so easy to talk to! They're very focused on the specific cleaning needs like my grill or removing bad odor because of my dogs(which the maids absolutely love lol). Another thing I like is how Mindy knows my name every time I call. It's like they know me on a personal basis, making me feel more comfortable and treats me like we're friends. The cost, however, is not the cheapest. The last cleaning that was done costed almost $300, but it's well worth it because I always request 4-5 star cleanings. They drive down to visit me from Tacoma which is very much appreciated. If traffic is going to have them a tad behind they always give me a heads up. The team always consists of two people and frequently Sirina herself! A mother and military wife she still finds time to attend many of the jobs to ensure things are "done right" she tells me. Not only Sirina but also her employees have been incredibly friendly and polite and a joy to have in my home. They are sweet to my kitties but not sweet to the kitty hair that latches onto all my furniture. They have been very thorough each time I've had them here and spend 2-3 hours on the home. Sirina always asks me to look around and to be sure to tell her if anything doesn't meet my expectations. The cost is very affordable, especially for two people. I also love that the money is going to help a military family and many of her employees have family members in the military and are trying to get assimilated into new surroundings. They perform great work and are friendly and provide wonderful conversation. So thankful they come every month to help me keep everything in order in my crazy life!
