It's clearly a family run and operated outfit and they handle things with such care. At one point, I "joked" and said I thanked God for people like them that like to do this stuff... because I'd be crying. Carlos was terrific about communicating and at one point, they tried everything within their power to get my sofa (which was about one inch too long) downstairs- around a tight corner. I've seen previous movers in similar situations just look at it and not even try. We found ourselves backed up against a time wall the following day, needing to get out of our other place - and had a small dump run. They were awesome and just charged a very reasonable removal fee which included their dump fee.
