It's hard these days to trust companies or people when you hear stories of folks getting bad service, overcharged or lied to. I contacted this company via Yelp and they were super responsive. Gave lots of information on their services straight from the beginning. They showed up the next day & gave us an estimate. We agreed on the numbers and they got straight to work. They hauled away a sofa that had sat in the rain, an elliptical, a large metal roof with beams and a heavy solid workbench. Prices were very reasonable. James & Terry were awesome. Easy to speak with, straightforward & professional. They helped us out so much. Now we have our garage back and we can work on making our yard nice for summertime and having friends over. What makes them even better is that they donate what is still usable. So the elliptical that we didn't want to just throw away, will not fill a landfill. This company is amazing. When I first called this service in July I left a voicemail and received an immediate call back. Made an appointment to have the huge pile junk moved out of our rental property. John and his team arrived on time and did a great job removing the stuff. The price was good and service was great. Move forward to last week, I called again, left a voicemail but never received a call back. I emailed to set an appt from their website and never received a response. This inconsistency in responding to customers doesn't bode well for a business. I had hoped to continue using this company for our rental property but as it stands now I don't think so. If they couldn't make an appt or simply did not want to deal with a small pickup a response saying as much would have been the right thing to do. So sad.
