They worked hard and even brought in an extra guy when they realized how big the job was to ensure it would get done in a timely manner. I had to travel for an hour to get to the location and they never left me hanging or were late. Their communication was always prompt which I can't say for myself as I'm juggling 1,000 things a minute and they were understanding. They were sensitive to the fact that this was my father's hopes and dreams that had never been realized being carted off as junk, and yet when they realized that my views are more to the pragmatic, let's-git-er-done, they got 'er done. I appreciate their willingness to be sensitive, but since I'm not (sensitive that is) we got some excellent jokes exchanged and had a great time. While I'm the type to help out with flinging stuff on the truck or manning the broom, they're quite willing to do it all themselves.
