Yuly and her team did an excellent job cleaning my parents 3 bedroom 2 bathroom house as their Christmas gift, about 1500 square feet house with cats and dogs in the residence. The deep cleaning was about $500, took about 6 hours, and included bathrooms and disinfection, floors dusting, cobweb removal, cabinet cleaning, vacuuming and mopping, stove and microwave oven cleaning, and carpet vacuuming. Yuly's washed the outside, inside, and cleaned the tracks (which were horrid) and the screens. Missed first appt. Texted at the end of their scheduled arrival window they'd be a couple hours late. Did show them, but too late in the day to get started so rescheduled a couple days later. Again texted as they were scheduled to arrive they'd be 15 minutes late due to snow. Showed up about 30 minutes later. I know sometimes jobs overrun the time allotted. But you know that before you're supposed to be at the next one. Would be courteous to notify a little earlier. So ok, Yuly's husband shows up and Yuly shows up 20 minutes or so later. He proceeds to do front windows including cleaning window tracks with steam. Nice touch there? There was a bunch of drywall dust (major reason I called the cleaners). Good job vacuuming top of kitchen cabinets, cleaning overspray on fridge, etc. Was hoping for some type of floor machine on the (foggy from drywall dust) laminate floors. Just a mop was used, but generally it was pretty effective. I tried to stay out of their way. Coming up on 5 pm I was informed they were done. I asked if they'd move the dog crates to mop the floor under them. Apparently not, so we moved the crates and Yuly proceeded to mop there. Then I paid the agreed price. Soon after they left, I realized the outside of the windows on the rear of the house had never been cleaned. Tracks weren't either. So I texted them within the hour and didn't hear back within 20 hours, so bought the gear to do the windows myself and did them the next morning. Late that day I got the response they were sorry and could come back and finish. But I'd already done them and replied to that effect. I get the feeling they had some other engagement and cut it short. Good start but a bit of a weak finish. Keep in mind this was basically a move in cleaning after some construction. There was very little furniture. Just a bed, a recliner, a night stand, dinette and 2 dog crates. read more
