She stated that it was $30 an hour per girl and that there would be 2 of them. I scheduled for her to clean today. They were supposed to come at 2:30 but showed up at noon. I had to work and left $ with my babysitter. I let my sitter no that it may be $90 ( if the girls stayed for an hour and a half or $120 (for 2 hours). Sabrina and her employee came and speed cleaned my house for 1 hour and charged $100. They did an awful job because clearly an hour is not long ago to clean a house! I really had hoped they would stay for 2 hours and do a good job! When I messaged her about it being more than we discussed she let me know that she had a $115 minimum for Olympia clients and that she gave me a discount! WHAT!?! This was never discussed when we met. And.... if she had a minimum of $115 they should have stayed for 2 hours and did a better job. The owner as absolutely rude, and said maybe we were not a good fit? Why, because she ripped me off and did awful work? I'm so confused!

There were drips, gouches in the wood, missed spots, places where paint had pooled in the corners, the list goes on and on. It was so unprofessional. When I brought to the owners attention he told me I was looking too closely and laughed!! In the end I was refunded my down payment, however both other bids I got to fix the damage and repaint cost me $2000 more dollars in top of bid to simply paint the cabinets.
