Seems like nowadays there are more companies that say they'll be here at a certain date and time, then never show up at all. As soon as Jeremi arrived he introduced himself, walked the property to inspect the gutters, and advised me that because of the height of the gutters and their condition, the estimate quoted - between $200 and $250 - might run more. Then he got to work, moving the ladder frequently to reach every area, sweeping the gutters out (they were loaded with leaves), removing the down spouts and clearing them out, and methodically working his way around the house and garage. After several hours I figured he was done but no, then he proceeded to rinse them out, paying particular attention to the down spouts. When he was done he put everything away and told me the charge: $220 for over 4 hours of labor-intensive, messy work; oh, and it was raining while he was working. He even carted away all the leaves that were clogging our gutters. He was polite, conscientious and a hard worker and it was a pleasure to meet him. I have Jay's business card and I will certainly be calling on his company for my future needs.

The cleaning of the drive and walkways was great, but cleaning of the outside of the gutters was a bit of a disaster. His idea of clean was not what my wife called clean so it did take a bunch more effort than he expected but unfortunately, because of her demands and his extra effort, I ended up with a ring of brown grass and some dead plants from the excess cleaning solution. He may not have anticipated that but if he even had a clue he should have advised us so we could rinse the grass and plants off to minimize the ultimate damage.

We had around 140ft of fence & 2 gates we needed to replace. Juan came out and met with me a couple days after I reached out to give me an in person quote. He was very professional and worked with me to help us finish another project with this house. He and his crew came on a Wednesday and removed the old fence and set posts. Thursday & Friday they completed the fence and gates and it looks beautiful. He even hauled away the old fence for free. We love it. Privacy at last and an added aesthetic that will help make our yard an extension of our home. I plan on using him again for some sod and another front gate here soon. Could not recommend enough.
