Today we walked in to get our passports a little after 9:00am. Unfortunately they don't take appointments at this location, but it's okay. We were asked to sign in and wait to be called. We were called maybe within 5-10 minutes after we singed in. We were directed to Pancho the US Passport Agent. He able to process 5 passports in a short period of time. This post office is the worst! If I could give no stars I would. I sent a package out on Dec 14th and it never left the post office. I dropped it off inside and watched it go. But apparently it was never scanned. One of the managers claims it went to the distribution center but she completely lied. I've spoken to customer service several times and they said it never left Glendora. I've been fighting this for over a month. They were supposed to respond and are just ignoring it. Customer service was shocked because they're supposed to respond within 2-3 business days and it's been weeks. I also sent 2 other envelopes at 2 different times from my work in Glendora and those are "lost" too. Never arrived to the sorting center. Someone in this office is shady and stealing mail. How does this happen several times?! Don't send anything from this post office!! I hate to be this person but I'm furious now!! read more

I usually come in early morning after kids drop off but it's spring break for them so I happened to walk in during rush hours with my 3 children. I had over 80 packages to scan and Delia was so kind enough to help me plus she kept conversation with me which was awesome. I also had a 2 year old who was of course acting as a 2 year old and she didn't even seem bothered at all... She made my day because I was so stressed thinking about how I was going to scan everything on my own with my 2 year old wanting to touch the screen or mess with my packages. I visited our local post office here in Glendora to mail some packages for my Hubby. One of them needed a little strip of packaging tape. The last time I was there one of the postal workers put a ton of tape all over my package. She informed me that they didn't have any tape. I said are you sure you can't put a little tape on there for me??? She insisted that I buy a roll, so I did. This post office is slow as molasses. If two people started in the parking lot of this post office, and one person got in line while the other person drove to the Azusa or San Dimas post office, that person would more often than not be done faster. That's how slow this POS post office is. There can be more than 10 people in line but only one worker at the counter, while 2 or 3 other people can be seen doing god knows what, but not helping customers. read more

I can't say enough about the staff! They were very charming, efficient, and genuinely happy to do their jobs. They are very knowledgeable about the products and courteous. I went to submit passport applications and "Pancho" was just a delight and very efficient. There will definitely be a line because it's that time of year but I encourage those that are applying for a passport- to make sure you have all your documentation, copies, completed application and it will make for a smoother transaction. If given the choice I would rate give no stars. We received a slip in our door indicating that we had certified mail. Since the post office had just closed we went to the loading dock to secure our package. We were met by Terri who screamed and yelled at us. Unfortunately, this is the poorest customer service I have experienced in my life. We as tax payers who subsidize the postal service, have to pay ever increasing rates and all we get is extremely poor service. If only we were given a choice and not forced to work with a monopoly for our mail service, things might improve. However, when you can treat customers any way you want, are not held accountable and still get paid; it clearly demonstrates why the postal service looses money every year. On hold for no lie 5min and counting... I just called in about 20min ago to inquire about acquiring a passport from this location and had some general questions. The women who answered gave her name and when I said what I needed she immediately said to hold. Since I am at work I have a time stamp on my phone and was still holding 5min later. I hung up thinking that I was forgotten about and when I called back the line was busy!! I waited 10min and tried the call again STILL BUSY!! I would have been holding this whole time!!?? Pancho is super friendly and helpful! We took our 22month old daughter in to get a passport done for her... and he found all our errors on the application before mailing it off. Thank goodness cuz we need the passport to come back in time in order for us to take our little one out of the country with us this summer. Pancho makes small talk with you while you're there... so by the time your done with your post office needs... you leave feeling like you made a new friend! We love this post office employee!! I wish there were an option for NO STARS! Pros: -SOMETIMES you will have an encounter with a nice worker. We went here for our Son's passport after 4 other POs in the vicinity had their services either close or on appointments that are weeks away. Not only we got the same day service here, there was hardly 5 minutes wait time. Mr. Pancho also helped us with the application and the photograph. The entire application was done in less than 10 minutes. There was even a question of the service fee of 150 or 80 dollars and Mr. Pancho ensured we got the right service for lower price. I have always had a very good experience at my communities post office. The staff helps people waiting as well as those at the counter. They also help customers navigate the automated machines, which is appreciated. Recently, I had difficulty retrieving my taxes which had been mailed and somehow didn't show up as expected. Tina went out of her way to locate the item and even called me at home to update me on the situation and to ultimately tell me she located it. Packed on a Monday at 3:00? Okay, that's cool I guess. There was a female employee that was asking what people needed, and if they were paying with plastic so that she can direct them away from the 2 people at registers and towards the 3 self-serve kiosks. I was paying cash, so I stayed in line. A young lady behind me said that she needed to CM something, and was handed only one of the two required documents. Luckily, I was able to get her the other, as well as guide her through their completion. Throughout my time, I watched said employee blitz around in a frazzled state, LOUDLY directing her coworkers, as well as probing customers. They type of micro-managing ostentatiousness that should have no place in a team environment, or a customer service based role. If it wasn't for the extremely courteous (and seemingly un-flustered) woman behind the counter, this would have been a lost cause. read more

I usually have a great experience here, but the last 2 visits were terrible when it came to customer service. I stopped in on a Saturday around 10AM to buy 150 stamps and Roshel was completely rude. Not only to me but to her coworker as well. Then a couple of days later I went to mail some save the dates for my upcoming wedding and a gentleman that works there was of no help and also rude. Best USPS around! As an avid user or amazon and poshmark, going to the post office is a must yet nerve wrecking. Typically, post offices are filled with cranky people in a rush but I love this Glendora location because 1) there's tons of parking spaces 2) it's conveniently located 3) all the workers are friendly and helpful and 4) the customers here are very kind to each other! I was here this afternoon around 2pm and half the parking lot was empty and 2 people held the door open for me. It was quick and easy to get my shipping supplies and packages shipped!
