I went today to ask for information regarding to my mail being delivered wrong & the man who works there by the name of KY was very rude and unprofessional. I practically wasted my time there with him . He didn't even let me talk . All he said was " What makes you think your mail will be here ?" . I even called before making the trip to their post office and they don't answer they have you waiting almost an eternity thats why I went out of my way to ask but I got absolutely nothing back just a bad experience . I do wish I had read the Yelp reviews before using this post office. I had a very slow turn around the first time but now something that was dropped off yesterday at 10:00 am hasn't even been scanned yet. Normally, the post office I use has it scanned within four hours. I just tried to call them directly and they let it ring ten times and hung up without answering. I just wanted to share that for those who have had serious issues such as theft there is a source to file an online complaint. The only way we can change ineptitude is to make sure people who are incompetent or apathetic are held accountable. The people working at this post office need some retraining to do. I had to pick up a package since I wasn't home to sign it off, which was annoying because I had to come in the previous day to pickup a different package and during that time, that's when USPS tried to deliver my package at home (talk about terrible timing.) In order to pick it up the USPS website says to bring the peach slip and a photo ID. I chose to bring my passport since I didn't have a government ID and a passport was acceptable. I came in with both items and presented it to the worker, and he proceeds to tell me that I also needed to prove my residency. Um, what? That was not made clear on the USPS website. Also as I mentioned before, I went to pick up a different package literally the day before, and a different worker gave me my package with only my passport. I told him about this and even the worker who helped me the day before said I only needed to prove my name, but this worker was firm with his word about needing something with my address on it. Luckily I had my school info with my address on it so I showed that to him and he finally gave my package. But what the heck dude. I almost had to drive all the way back home and back just to show my proof of residency. I've attached pictures from the OFFICIAL USPS WEBSITE about what to bring when picking up a package and nowhere does it say I needed to bring proof of residency, just proof of identity and the peach slip, which i did bring. I don't know the person's name since I was so frustrated, but it was an Asian man with glasses. Terraine, the postal worker in this post office, was ver rude! Came to this post office to pick up a box of live crickets after receiving a message from the post office that it had been delivered there. Immediately Terraine told me that it wasn't there and told me to come back the next day. I told her I received a message to come and pick it up. This was a box of live crickets and any delays in releasing them into a well ventilated holding cage could cause high casualties. Terraine just turned around and walked off, leaving me standing there. What rudeness! This post office is really excellent. Their employees are sweet & thoughtful and don't punish you with judgment when I make missteps. Every time I use the wrong box they work with me to get it right and never make me feel bad. Best Location in Fullerton. Note: They are not open Saturday. My experiences at this post office have been fairly good overall. I try to come when its not at peak time so that could have an impact on how I feel. Generally, the workers here are efficient and know what they're doing. One individual isn't quite so pleasant but after a while you just get used to it. The parking isn't great which is another issue and its often easy to miss if you don't know exactly where it is. read more

TERRIBLE. We just got a PO Box here and when I ordered packages to be delivered, I received a slip saying it had come in. THREE TIMES I've gone in to retrieve it and three times they just "can't find it" It must be there, because you gave me a delivery slip. Totally incompetent. Once again, my package hasn't been delivered. This has happened 4 times in tbe last month. The tracking says "Out for delivery" only at 5:00pm, there was no package. That was yesterday. Today "Delivery status not updated" so now, they don't tell me anything. I go doen there...no package. Once again. Here we are at 6:15 pm THE NEXT DAY and still no package. We get packages almost every week for the side business and they still can't figure it out. So...What am I going to do? File a complaint for a 7 dollar item? Sounds like a waste of time. i used to hate the post office...but after starting my own business and getting the postage online and printing it at home going to the post office is a breeze! i'm telling you people!!! invest in a small scale it's cheap online and you can print the postage from your house and drop it off. it's better than waiting in line (which i compare to the line at the DMV lol). anyways this post office seems to have more employees which is a plus, but on those busy holiday months...it doesn't matter so please take my advice and make life easier for yourself...print @ home! read more

I hardly EVER post a negative review but I felt it was necessary to post one for this place. My family and I have been coming to this post office for years with no problem. Now, my mom came to drop of a package and she was treated with the upmost disrespect that I can not believe a person will treat another individual with such rudeness. Now, I am aware that the US postal service is not known for customer service. But, to treat a customer with horrible service, attitude, and disrespect is uncalled for and unprofessional. Not everyone at this postal services is bad, actually a couple of them make it great. Especially one man who always smiles and is kind whenever I drop off a package. Unfortunately, this women outdid herself with disrespecting my mom and that I will not tolerate, which is why I choice to write a review. I notices this individual tends to treat other customers with attitude, since I've seen other customers become upset when working with this individual. Also, please note, the manager did not help the situation instead she escalated the problem which speaks volumes of a person and how professional they are in a job setting. Yay super friendly staff. I sold something on eBay for the first time and I guess I used the wrong box to put it in but paid for it already. Anyway the clerk weighed the box and he said oh it's okay. Next time I'm supposed to just use a different box. Line goes fairly fast for looking busy and there were only two clerks. They are very pleasant which is so unexpected for a post office! Not happy at all, the staff is great, however the post master was rude and condescending his lack of compassion for the unfortunate event that took place. I place 6 yes 6 packages in the blue USPS box in the parking lot apparently the box was not tampered with however THE USPS has no idea what happened to my packages. Well if the box was not tampered with then the only logical explanation is INTERNAL THEFT, and the saddest part is they refuse to look into it . I feel the lack of invastagating this issue is a lack of consideration to those who use the USPS. Valuable lesson for me MY 6 PACKAGES HAVE LEFT ME ISSUING REFUNDS HOWEVER I AM OUT MY MERCHANDISE MY SHIPPING COST ALL FOR A DISHONEST EMPLOYEE (S ). I love this location because the staffs are so friendly! I actually come here often and i think best time to visit is 9 o'clock when they just open the place! It can get crowded during lunch time and towards the end when they are about to close! I've sent several boxes to different places and the staff was really nice to help me pack (taping to secure the content inside the box) and make sure everything gets delivered in timely manner! :)) read more

missing mail, went to the post office told them a piece of mail was not delivered to me as it stated on the tracking status update the postal worker said he would tell the supervisor and he will speak to the carrier and phone call me as to the out come that was Tuesday the 2nd of Sept. so I went back to the post office on Thursday. same thing we will look into it and call you. the supervisor called me and said the carrier remembers handing me the item on the 29th at my door .i said no the carrier was set to pick up a box for me and that's what he did..so his memory was wrong. I felt he was calling me a liar!!. so at 4.00pm the same day Thursday the 4th of Sept. I go get my mail and their it is the piece of mail magically shows up!!. so the tracking number status can be altered by the carriers or anyone on the inside. and the public the people the serve are at their mercy. moral of the story ask for a signature at time of delivery. Too often we only see complaints about our mail carriers not enough reviews on how well they perform the job. I want to set apart Donald my mail carrier in Fullerton zip code 92833 on W Gage he is outstanding. He has a great personality , always got a smile for you as well as a quick conversation so that way he can keep going and to show that he acknowledges you and is interested. Most of the time all you have to do is simply say hi to the mail carriers to create conversation cuz they're busy they got a large route and only so much time to do it. But it is nice to always acknowledge them & say hi give them a water, offer them a snack, remember they're out in the Heat or the cold working to deliver us our junk mail our bills or paychecks. They have a difficult enough job to do dealing with dogs jumping at them and whatever other crazy things happened to them when they're simply trying to do their job.
