The only reason why I'm giving it 3 stars is because the lady on the phone is very nice and she's trying. But other then that my 3 IDs are not no where to be found. I will not pay again its not right. I cant do nothing with out my ids my paper ids are expired I've never wanted a week and a couple of days for an IDs. I really need them. People think it's no big thing well I never complain but now until my ids show up. I will be heard everyday if u cant do your job then don't show up to your job read more

I really appreciate the staff at this location. They are always kind and accommodating. John is awesome, with his pleasant disposition. Ebony is the supervisor and can I tell you she processed close to 40 packages in 15 minutes! I know, it's nuts the amount of mail I had, but I was sending out belated Vday packages. Ebony is nothing short of amazing, efficiency and helpful. I honestly feel she should be promoted to a corporate position because of her insights and her ability to be solution oriented and driven by customer service. This USPS is the absolute worst. They all need to be retrained in customer service. Absolutely the worst I've ever been to. The attitude is beyond belief. I'm not sure how they still have jobs. I've complained to upper management and nothing is done. I understand these are trying times with Covid but they have been like this for several years. They move at a snail's pace and are just awful. The heavyset older lady in the middle is the worst out of all of them. Time to call it a day, honey.... I try to avoid this location but it is the most convenient. I sometimes go out of my way to avoid them. With the service reviews declining nationwide, you'd think they'd retrain or terminate these bad apples. I sent a package to my daughter that currently lives in Dorchester MA on 7/6/23. The USPS attempted to deliver the package to my daughter's address on 7/8/23, but nobody was home to sign for the package. Somehow the package was lost while returning the package back to the post office. My daughter had a relative try to pick up the package at the Adams street location on 7/12/23, the post office said they can't find the package? Finally, they found my package after 2 weeks, so at least the package was not lost forever and my daughter obtained her package. read more

I suffered for over two years with a HATEFUL, Nasty Postal Carrier, he has lied, he returned mail he KNEW BELONGED to me, even a check from IRS, he sent back saying the address wasn't correct even though I could PROVE from USPS's OWN "Informed Delivery" EMAIL telling me what was arriving in my box! I've put in at least 3 change of addresses, filed 3-4 formal complaints and I've been gone from there OVER 4 MONTHS an still I have important mail BEING DELIVERED to my old address! This place is a den of THIEVES. I was tracking a package I'd ordered and got an "attempted delivery" email saying that there was nowhere secure to leave the package so they didn't. I can't ever tell if that will happen, they usually have NO problem leaving stuff on my porch. Sometimes smaller parcels the carrier actually sticks under the filthy mat in front of the door. WHO DOES THAT? I also did NOT get a delivery slip to my address - just the email. Thank god I had that much because they would have stolen my package outright. Why do I know this? Read on. I rescheduled delivery for 2 days later - this is the shortest amount of time you can reschedule for - online. I got a confirmation, and then a reminder email, but the package didn't come for another 3 days after the new delivery date came and went. I've been sick and haven't been able to go and pick it up in person, and I probably should have. Anyway. Just today - 3 days after it should have gotten here the second time - I received it. I was at home, but the package carrier dropped it in front of my door and ran off immediately. At first I was happy it had finally arrived, but quickly realized that the package was SLICED COMPLETELY OPEN. It was cut open along the tape. Someone at the Codman Square post office opened my package and lucky for me, decided they didn't want what I had ordered. A smaller box inside the main package had also been cut open and searched. Totally illegal, totally unacceptable. I'm very lucky that they didn't actually steal my stuff and that I have the option to have stuff delivered to my workplace. It's super pathetic that I need to do that to make sure my local postal workers don't brazenly, openly riffle through my mail and only deliver me the things they don't decide to steal. read more

This U.S postal office is by far THE WORST EVERRRRRR... Not only is the line long as hell, the employees have terrible attitudes. It's almost like they blame us (the customers) for not getting phucked right every night. I only gave it a star cuz there's no choice not to. it is post offices like this one that makes me wish we could go back to the days of the pony express...at least ponies are friendly! In all seriousness, the staff here look as though they are trying to get through the day. Picture a line 20 people deep and ONE postal employee moving at a snails pace. 20 minutes later meanders another postal employee from the "back room". He has the biggest beer belly I have ever seen in my life. I swear, it looks like it's filled with packing peanuts. People yakking on cell phones and buying stamps with $20 in pennies. If possible, go to anther post office and avoid this one. read more

Hands down the worst group of people to have the right to deliver mail. Very unprofessional and not worth the money of the time.

This office's delivery workers are impossible. For the last year every time I have a package the delivery person never even makes an attempt to deliver and yet updates my tracking to "customer no avail for pickup" then I have to take time off of work just to track it down by going to the office. On multiple occasions I have been waiting for my package - no knock at the door - no doorbell and yet they say a delivery attempt was made sometimes they don't even leave a slip! I'm tired of paying extra for UPS and FEDEX just to ensure I get my packages! I file claims when packages go missing, no one ever contacts me, and then after I have gotten a refund from the sender (sometimes I don't) my package will arrive damaged 3 or 4 months later. This is so annoying and the worst part - is there is no use in complaining because you call and speak to "someone" and they say they will take care of it.....and guess what, nothing happens and you find yourself on yet another day speaking to a clerk at the post office listening to them tell you "They left a slip because no one was there" - (I just told you a slip was never left) "they attempted delivery but no one was available"(I just told you I was home all day waiting for it with no knock or doorbell rung)...just ignoring everything you are telling them like they are reading a script. read more

This is the worst post office I have ever been to and I avoid it llike the plague whenever possible. The line is usually long and the workers are a bit slow in delivering service...but that's not why it's the worst. The employees here are extremely rude(not all)... I seem to more often than not have an issue whenever I go here but never when I go to another post office. I only go here because this is where my packages are automatically sent to if I am not home to collect them. So if possible, try somewhere else. read more
