But when I got home, I realized there was indeed a suite and I was able to call back up there and they added it for me. I never expected in a million years they would put me back on the phone with the person who helped me and they would adjust the mailing address for me. We have NEVER had one make it through the system otherwise. Also, their outgoing Wichita Falls basket is next to the basket (according to USPS staff) that goes to Savannah. I had a package from overseas make it to Aubrey post office only to be routed to Wichita Falls twice. The circle only stopped when I called with the shipping information, then it took another 3-4 days working days to make it to my house. We also had a box of checks from the bank sit at the Aubrey post office for several MONTHS before it finally arrived. It required multiple calls and a site visit to get them moving. I recommend paying g extra for an alternative shipping method. I assumed they were understaffed because of the population growth in the area but after going there and seeing how things work, I think it is either poor leadership, otherwise I engaged employees, fraud, or perhaps a slow carbon monoxide leak.

After two weeks realized my mail was not being picked up. I told the apartment complex, wherein they told the mailman and his response was "how is he to know if he can't see it" so he continued NOT to pick it up. I called the post office and they said they would let the post master know. Still they did not pick up. I finally was forced to get my mail out and take up to the post office and asked the post master to call me. He did and he by far is the RUDEST person EVER. He met me at the apartment complex so I could physically show him the outgoing mail (because he couldn't understand what I was talking about over the phone)...guess he didn't realize that I had gotten my mail out already and proceeded to tell me I wasted his time and that it was common sense not to put mail in the outgoing mail slots that didn't have residents assigned to those mail boxes (attached to those outgoing mail slots). How am I (a resident) to know what mail boxes are assigned and which ones aren't. I told him I would report this and his response "please do".

We've used medium sized Priority Mail boxes for years because we could depend on the fixed price for shipping the box, regardless of the weight. Sure, the rate goes up nearly every year. You can depend on that, too, but the current fixed rate is $21.95 with delivery in 2 to 3 days (or maybe 3 weeks since they sometimes miss the target). We picked up a few boxes, from the lobby, at the same place the post office staff makes them available. We did the addressing, filled it up and asked a friend to take it to the clerk and pay the $21.95 postage. To our surprise, the cost was $34.25 because we used the wrong medium size priority mail box. Did you know there are 2 slightly different medium size priority mail boxes that you could use? I kid you not. It could cost you an additional $12 to send it if you pick up the wrong one. We've never seen the wrong box before. Make sure the box you select has small red lettering that says "FIXED RATE" for the lower $21.95 rate. If it says "MAILING BOX" instead, you'll probably pay more, like we did ($34.25). I can't say for sure that the postal employees intentionally switched the boxes on us customers but the 2 options definitely look too much alike. We won't get fooled again.

5 stars because Postal Workers are amazing…read more This location didn't sync up with Apple Maps exactly correct and it tried to tell me I arrived when I was just a bit away at the bank on the corner of the road. Turn right when you see the Comerica Bank at L Don Dodson Drive and I recommend going slowly because the entrance is directly after for the parking lot and a different drive in a few feet after for the vehicle drop box. This location DOES NOT have a self service kiosk and they DO NOT have 'Flat Rate,' 'Priority Mail,' or 'Express' boxes, but they did have one 'Priority Mail' and a handful of 'Express' letter sized envelopes available. The lobby is open as most are for customers to access their P.O. Boxes after hours and there is a drop box for packages. Adding photos of lobby hours, outside collection drop as viewed from the lobby, and a map of location. Meh.
